スタッフの皆さんがにこやかで優しくてとても気持ちよくすごせました。

特に思いあたりません。しいて挙げるなら４階のバーの営業時間がもう少し長いと嬉しいです。価格も良心的で、居心地が良かったので、夜もう少し遅くまで開いているとホテルで飲み直しをするのにピッタリだと思います。

A few steps from night market and many good restaurants. Lovely front office either ladies and boys, they take care of you and try to accommodate all your needs . A special thanks to the guest service Mr. Viengxai which dedicate his driving to the guests based on their needs also for long daily tour. Rooms are very clean and very high quality products at breakfast in the elegant restaurant on first floor. Very respectful to the environment I would higly raccomend also for female solo traveller as you will feel like home .

Stayed four nights here and to be honest I could find no fault whatsoever about the hotel. I have travelled extensively over the years and have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. This ranks up there with the best of them. All the staff speak perfect English and are extremely helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and more importantly good quality. Breakfast was served between 6am and 10.30am which is extremely helpful if you are looking to catch an early flight or want to have a late breakfast. The room had everything you might need and was extremely clean. There is a beautifully furnished bar/lounge on the 4th floor. The hotel provided a car and driver for a day tour and my transfer to the airport. Ok it is not cheap by Laos standards but you get what you pay for and it does not get much better than this.

Breakfast was great, had an ala carte menu of many different types of cuisines and a buffet. Location was convenient. Many eateries nearby. In house dining was exceptional! There is a very comfortable Living Room area where you can go to relax and have a quiet drink. Staff were so friendly.
