It was spotlessly clean, conveniently located, we loved the hot tub, and Sam was a brilliant host, super helpful, easy to contact and always quick to respond!

Oh my … we loved our stay at this property! it was so lovely, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and modern. The house was cosy warm and the beds and pillows so comfortable. The hot tub was amazing , perfect size for 4 of us with space to spare. The enclosed garden was great for our dog and she loved the home too. We fell in love with Barmouth and will definitely return. Sam the host was easy to contact and was so lovely. She sorted out our queries quickly and we really appreciated the gift basket left for us which was an appreciated touch. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Everything was excellent. Beautiful property less than a minute walk from the beach and a two minute walk to the town. Great hosts amazing welcome pack. Hot tub was fantastic. We had an amazing week and would highly recommend this property!!

Cant rate this property highly enough. Clean, tidy, modern, good appliances, welcome basket, hot tub, nice beds, close to town/ bars/ pubs/ eating places, parking is tight but absolutely fine, definitely booking again.

Excellent location, just minutes walking from beautiful dog friendly beach, close to the Min Y Mor hotel where they serve good and drinks, close to the centre with great attractions, also people in Barmouth are lovely and nice

We had the issue with lock box when we arrived, same on the departure, we needed to look for other safe place to leave the keys as the lock box was not working, when we called the host they didn't answered the phone

The house was clean, the area peaceful. Everything was within walking distance. I recommend this to everyone. The hot tub was amazing and the added extras of chocolate and prosecco was very nice
