The room pool was called not warm , beach service was nice good

Great location, amazing beach, delicious food, friendly staff, beautiful hotel

A few minor things that didn't affect our holidays. It'd be good to have a toilet at the beach (the nearest toilet is in the pool area). The hairdryer in the room needs to be changed to a modern version (to get the hairdryer working one needs to press the button non-stop)

The staff were so friendly and helpful, having a whatsapp with the Holiday Assistant was a fantastic touch. Everything felt very personal and we were made to feel very special! So many choices for food and drinks. Never had the same meal and we only ate in the Turquoise restaurant, the quality of the food and drink was fantastic. Especially enjoyed the live music in the courtyard in the evening, the seating and drinks service was exceptional. Ambience was perfect. Beach bar setting for sunset was perfect, again the live music really added to the atmosphere! Thank you to Aika, Benj, Marc Abe and Merlikov who were exceptionally helpful, friendly and made our stay so amazing! Thank you to all the waiters and service staff, they also were incredibly hospitable!

Thanks for the great staff for taking a good care of me they were patient and seeking my satisfaction, Mahmood the duty manager, Kembrly and lyla the resort was great I really had a good time it’s more like for families with kids but I still enjoyed every thing the beach the pool and all the other activities, I may concern a little about the cleanliness some of the furniture were a little old and what it says in booking all inclusive then they told me that not all the restaurants are included because I have to stay for more than 3 days.

everything the beach was stunning

The property was beyond my expectations. The food was great, fresh and clean. To many choices. The provided all the food we like and even the chef made a special request for us. Thank you for Firouj he was very patient with us. The rooms were very quite as not expected because it was located on ground floor (noise proof). Check in and check out was very easy and fast. Thank you for Laila the receptionist, she was very helpful and polite. All the staff were helpful, they were offering help without even asking.. The beach is clean, quite and extremely relaxing. It was my first visit and will not be the last.

beach was great

we booked the room for two nights and all of restaurants à la carte were not allowed for us. there were not information about it. it was outrageous!

the other hotel guests were quite loud

The pillows are not that comfy A bit expensive rates The kids' area is far from rooms, and the mini disco is messy and not organized

The main pool is amazing and the grassy area is beautiful

The staff!! The lady at the front desk gave us the most cold responses she didn't talk politely the restaurant staff were rushed and rude. The kids club is dead through out the day is dead which was so so disappointing considering it was really cold and not very swim friendly at all. The hotel is beautiful but our stay had a damp feel to it from the people who work there apart from the staff from Africa who were all lovely.
