Due to an overlook on my part, I needed a different room. The desk clerk went above and beyond to help me find another accommodation in the resort. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage space. You share the laundry facility with the cleaning department, however; if the cleaning lady had not of been there when I was doing my laundry, I would have lost money because I had put the money in the wrong slots.

It was absolutely wonderful! It was clean and very comfortable and very friendly staff. The Bistro was rock solid with wonderful food and staff.

The smart TV , it would be nice to relax and watch TV without subscription services.

Chalets are cute and newly renovated. Location is good. How did I like breakfast you ask? Well, there wasn't any.

1. Toaster didn't work. 2. TV produced no sound until they fixed it on day 2. 3. Staff could not explain how bedroom heating was controlled. It appears that it is not controlled at all - we later found a space heater in a closet. 4. Extra blankets could also have remedied the cold bedroom issue. 5. Unless the place was fully booked there was no need to put us right next to the construction zone where people were running jackhammers and beeping vehicles all day long. 6. Worst of all, unless ours was a coincidence it appears that these people use the last four digits of your phone number as the door entry code! This is just horrible security practice and needs to be changed. People exchange phone numbers all the time and this practice is just asking for problems.

Comfortable and modern

The resort is close to Jackson, WY without the expense of Jackson. Quaint, clean, comfortable cabin with plenty of amenities.

The amount of space is greater than most chalet or cabins and the Superior Chalets have their parking space in front of the unit. Location is really nice and food and restaurants are close by. Only 35 mins away from Jackson Hole, Wyoming and about 45 mins away from Grand Teton National Park.

Everything was great but we would've wished there was a washer dryer combo for laundry. A nicer mattress for the sofa bed would be nice since the one it had you could feel the frame of the sofa.
