We really enjoyed staying at the appartment. It is very cosily furnished and has all the amenities that you need to feel home. The appartment is well maintained and the house is located at road that is not to busy. The bedrooms are located in the back of the unit not facing the road. The high ceilings and generally more genorous layout provides enough space for a small family without standing on each other's feet all the time. Most of the sites in Livorno are in walking distance of 10-15 minutes. If you feel like beach resort with long sand beach it's just a 15 minutes drive away too. Of course we were here during Easter time, so the beaches are empty and yet you can grab a sunchair and a drink as some of the bars are starting to open up. For us this is just perfect combination switching between a bustling town and beach holiday. For those who are interested in freshwater fishing I can recommend Laghi Malvado just 20 Minutes drive direction to Pisa, this is really nice outdoor spot with a bit of a challenge to catch all types of fishes. The carpark that is provided with an extra fee was also good, because it is on a separate premise with gates that are operated with a remote control. Not a tiny one too, no need to park near the road. Communication with owner and family was very pleasant. We would definitely consider staying again here when visiting Livorno. Toll ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr geräumige Wohnung , mit hohen Decken, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zentral gelegen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig, so dass man am Abend auf dem Balkon mit Blick in einen wunderschönen Garten entspannen kann. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr sympathischen Vermieter klappte reibungslos. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher gerne einmal wieder. *************************************************************** Great equipped, lovingly furnished and very spacious apartment , with high ceilings, which leaves nothing to be desired. Centrally located, but still very quiet, so you can relax in the evening on the balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. The apartment was very clean and matched exactly the description and photos. The communication with the very charming landlord went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly come back again.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questa bellissima struttura, accogliente, grande e dotata di ogni comodità. Il padrone di casa è davvero gentile e disponibile, nel complesso un'esperienza davvero piacevole che, in caso di ritorno a Livorno, ci piacerebbe ripetere.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal: Ruhig, sehr hell, Park vor der Tür, leckere Bäckerei 2 Minuten entfernt, 2 Supermärkte und gegen Gebühr einen guten Parkplatz. Der Strand von Tirrena ist 20 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Sehr schöne Strände, nicht so überteuert und voll. Wir haben die Gegend erkundet und es war schön Abends in Fabrizios Wohnung zurückzukehren. Man kann zu Fuß leckere Restaurants - Versuch Pizzeria Basilico -und Eisdielen finden. Ihr wird euren Aufenthalt bei Fabrizio genießen!

Ho soggiornato insieme a mia moglie per 2 settimane, la casa è immensa e stupenda, sembra di essere a casa, tutto arredato non manca nulla. Silenzioso ed accogliente spero di poter tornare presto.

Abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto gradevole, arredato con gusto e ben organizzato. Il sig. Fabrizio è una persona disponibile e comprensiva ma anche molto discreta.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ruhig, geräumig, und sie liegt zentral. Der Vermieter ist äusserst hilfsbereit und sympathisch und gibt bei Bedarf Tipps für Restaurants und Auskunft über die Stadt und Umgebung.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 20 gg. presso una struttura veramente accogliente. Situata in zona centrale ma molto riservata abbiamo apprezzato sia lappartamento che le sue dotazioni.,non mancava nulla di quello che può servire in una casa. Inoltre la gentilezza, la riservatezza del proprietario son state veramente encomiabili. Grazie sig. Fabrizio!

We thought the apartment was very beautiful and clean and we instantly felt home. Fabrizio is a great host and very helpful. Big kitchen for cooking and lots of space in the apartment. Also a wonderful balcony to sit and relax. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Fabrizio. An Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. Obwohl sie in der Stadt liegt und ringsherum das Leben wuseln, kann man auf dem Balkon ,der zum Garten herausliegt, entspannen. Ansonsten liegt Livorno am Meer und ist bestens gelegen,um viele tolle Städte zu besuchen. Nördlich und südlich gibt es tolle Strände und die Einheimischen sind immer bemüht zu helfen. Mit Fabrizio haben sie einen tollen Vermieter, der auch Tipps für Ausflüge gibt.

The appartment is very beautiful and well equiped and the renter is really nice and helpful. Two supermarkets are very close to the appartment and the city center as well as the harbour is around 10 Minutes to walk. Of course the next beach is not very close, so you have to drive maybe 10 Minutes to Calambrone or Tirrenia. But the beach there is really nice and parking is affordable.

Elegant set up appartment, which doesn't leave and wishes. The fans on the ceilings in the bedrooms and the living room allowed us to sleep and rest although the summer heat. I can highly recommend the appartment. Fabrizio took good care of us from check-in to check-out. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Deckenventilatoren in Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer ermöglichten erholsamen Schlaf in der Sommerhitze und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Fabrizio ist ein zuvorkommender, aufmerksamer Vermieter. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

We always look for a big apt. and this is the biggest ever,and beautifully furnished.The location is good for food/wine shopping and for the local buses---which all should try.This was important as for us oldies as the sites were too far to walk.Fabrizio is a good host. In the extreme heat of the holiday (42c) we would have appreciated air conditioning.The small oven is 'small'.Otherwise 5 stars.

The host was very friendly. He provided us with much information regarding the city. He called us a cab when we were leaving and watched to ensure we got away okay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment with every amenity thought of by Fabrizio. The furnishings and all the facilities are first class and we really felt at home from the moment we arrived. Fabrizio is a great host and was available for any query we had although we certainly had no complaints. It is an ideally situated property for access to all areas of Livorno. We didn't have a car but it wasn't really necessary as public transport is available. We definitely recommend a visit to this property.

The apartment is full of small details like little frescos above the doors and carefully applied gold coloured lines which enhance the appearance of the door openings. Fabrizio is an architect and his experience and training are certainly reflected in the finished product. The apartment has a lovely balcony which overlooks a well tended garden. Perfect for breakfast and then a glass or three of wine in the evening. All the rooms are generously proportioned and the kitchen is very well equipped. The kitchen drawer contains, among lots of other essential items, an implement which may be used to extract the innards from a courgette - or maybe not. I really should have asked Fabrizio. In conclusion, probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful, well equiped appartment.It`s close to the bus stop in a quiet area.There`s a supermarket at the end of the street.Fabrizio welcomed us and gave us great tips for getting around and places to go.I can warmly recommend staying at this location.
