Beautiful cottage very well maintained. Gorgeous setting with everything you could need.

We enjoyed everything about the cottage and its location. We were there for a wedding at Ballintuber Abbey so the location was perfect. The hosts left a little book about the cottage which was very helpful.

In a quiet location, on its own grounds with a gate and plenty of garden/space - and only ten minutes from Westport itself so perfect for anyone wanting to use it as a base like we did.

Just the time of the year I think but we had low water pressure which affected the washing machine. Other than that everything was perfect and just what you would need for a great staycation.

We loved our stay here it feels like home. We love every single place in the house and my 2 daughters were really very happy.Everything we need for a typical daily life is here.

We loved our stay. Birch Tree is a beautiful and well minded cottage. The location of the cottage was perfect (we had a car) and very near to the westport town center (10 mins drive). The bedrooms were of appropriate size and the beds were comfy. My little one loved the beautiful single room. There were lots of games to keep the kids (and the adults) occupied. There was a large garden as well and a single swing which the girls enjoyed. The house was very clean and had everything a family would require to have a great and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Shower could have been better as it was a little slow but manageable.

The Double bed in the the room that's connected to the single bed was very poor , very bad mattress and very poor frame . very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep in it .

The house in a fabulous location and had great facilities for the kiddos. With in door and outdoor games. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

The toppers on beds were not that comfortable but I'm sure they could have been taken off😀

The cottage is idyllic, it's in a beautiful quiet area. The cottage is very nicely decorated and had everything we could have possibly needed. We didn't want to leave!

Garden furniture would be nice but really there's nothing about this property I didn't like

We liked the spacious area around the house and how undisturbed the area was. We liked the outside activities that were provided for us.

The house is a perfect place to relax and unwind with the family. My 2 young kids were occupied all the times with the large number of toys available to play with. Ofcourse they loved the trampoline and swing. Attention has been given each nook and corner of the house and you will find everything that you need there. It very well decorated by the owners. The location is just amazing. Really loved the stay and would love to return here.
