Property was amazing and very close to the beach. Love the cabana along with the pool! The only complaint I would have is the back door alarm. Very annoying. Says $150 charge for messing with it but honestly I would probably pay that just to not hear it again.

Great property with super close beach, square, restaurants and amenities.

We had a nice vacation enjoyed the convenience of the beach and pool. Would like a more comfortable sofa with more seating. Enjoyed the rooftop deck for s’mores. The landscaping needs attention and spraying for bugs inside and outside.

The property was perfect for my wife’s 50th birthday getaway. I would rent it again.

We had all adults in our party and went on a relaxing getaway. This house did not disappoint. Although the pool was a little chilly at the end of October, we still had a great time hanging around it and dipping out feet in. The beach is just down the street and was an easy walk there

When we arrived at the property it was so dirty that we had to move the properties.

Our 5 day stay at this property was fantastic! The home is well equipped and has comfortable public spaces. Plenty of room to relax. The fire pit on the rooftop was great! Although it was rather cold and windy, we sat and enjoyed the stars at night. We would love to stay here again!

The Day dreamer is a great property. It's very close to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. The beach services were excellent. All things were perfect except the street(Holly Street) was very dusty, the dust was on everything. This is a great property will use again.

What we loved: Our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler enjoyed a very nice week at Day Dreamer. The pool had a generous sized wading area, about 12 inches deep, that was perfect for our two-year-old grandson. Water was sparkling clean, pool area and lounge chairs were in great condition. The covered pool room with attached sink, toilet, and shower was good to have. Beach was a short, easy walk. Beach chairs and umbrella were waiting, clearly identified, every day. Plenty of room to park our two SUVs and rented golf cart at the house. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Rooftop deck was a great place to enjoy sunset and watch the stars come out. The house, kitchen, bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Gas grill worked great, as did the rooftop and ground level fire pits. We loved the location, being so close to Seaside. What we tolerated: Washer and dryer were too small, and dryer took more than four hours to dry a handful of towels. Only one eye on the gas stove would stay lit. Could not get the oven to work at all (ended up using outside grill instead). The cable box for the TV in the living area did not work (all other TVs worked fine). What we found troubling: The only locks on the front and side doors utilize digital keypads that anyone with the code (cleaning crew, maintenance, previous guests) can open. Every hotel room, cruise ship cabin, and vacation home we’ve ever stayed in all over the world has had either a latch or second deadbolt that can only be opened from the inside, for security of guests while present in the property. This property has such a device on the door to the pool area, but nothing on the other two outside doors. An inexpensive, easily installed latch on those other doors would have greatly increased our peace of mind.

Visited for Fall break and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. Perfect location and well appointed. We especially loved the outdoor spaces (pool, roof top). I would stay here again.

Good. A few suggestions. The apartment size washer/dryer was very disappointing way to small that that size house. The landscape around the pool was unkempt we ask to have weeds picked but never happened. The security to the pool door didn’t work for the first 2 days. We had 5 small children. The house is a wonderful location and pool and pool house were great. We would stay there again

The family room and outdoor room did not have enough seating for our group of 10.

House was stunning. Pool was awesome. House is well stocked and in very good shape. Will return!!

House is gorgeous, modern, new top end appliances, outside grill and fire pits are great. Pool is gorgeous but not heated. Easy walk and super easy bike ride to seaside ( tip- bike all the way to seaside on grove street not 30A.!)

Perfect proximity to beach and easy walk or bike ride into Seaside center. Only lost a star due to front door which needs repair (otherwise had to slam it closed). It was a nice surprise to have some games in the closet as well as books and beach items in storage. The recommended catering service was excellent.

The house was amazing! We unfortunately had to evacuate 3 days early because of the hurricane. The location was perfect for a stroll to the Seaside shops and restaurants and it was just a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the rooftop fire pit, while us adults enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely book this house again for a “redo” hopefully with much better weather!!

Great location as it's walking distance to Seaside and a short walk to the beach. House is very modern, with a great pool and lots of nice outdoor features. The owners also provided everything you need for cooking and plenty of games/outdoor beach accessories for use. The only complaint is the king beds were a little uncomfortable (almost like nice futons), but other than that it was a really fantastic place.

We recently took our family - 6 adults, 2 children - and spent a week at the house over the 4th of July and could not have asked for a better experience. The house itself is stunning, everything was top of the line. The bedrooms are split (2 rooms on each end of the main floor and 2 rooms on each end of the second floor) which allowed for some nice privacy - but with close proximity to the 'hidden' bunk beds which were a huge hit with the kids. The fire pit on the rooftop was a treat in the evenings. The pool was pleasantly larger than we expected and provided constant entertainment once we were finished with the ocean; there is also a nice outdoor bathroom so as to not track sand and water into the house. The location was perfect - there is a beach access point one block from the house and it was never crowded, we had plenty of room to ourselves even on one of the busiest holidays of the year. Also, it is a short 5-10 min walk to the main strip of Seaside for restaurants and shops and within a 5 min drive to Publix. Our local friends even commented that they would be recommending the house to their out-of-town families as it was one of the nicest properties they'd seen. Overall, just fantastic and we would happily stay here again.
