Beautiful, quiet town and amazing sunsets

Very friendly host! So familiar you feel at home very quickly. Beautiful place with the best view you can have in South Madeira. Very cozy and clean guesthouse So peacefull there.

Cecilia is an amazing host! So kind ans juices she makes are sooo delicious! We loved the house and the balcony just in front of the ocean, definitely coming back!

The hosts are very lovely people, amazing breakfast prepared by Cecília herself. It's a small village far away from overtourism and you have direct view over the Atlantic from your room. Also, there's access to a rocky beach just a few minutes from the house.

As Google Maps doesn't know the small alleys in the village, it's not easy to find the house. Also, there's a roadblock at the main access to the village which Google doesn't know about, it would be good to give guests this kind of information before they arrive, so they can plan accordingly. The room could use some more electricity sockets or at least some power strips. The bathroom facilities (shower, toilet seat) overall seemed of very low/cheap quality, lowering the comfort a little. But all these points are really minor as I had a really great stay!

Just one plug in option for charging or light. You could use one in the common places but its unpractical. Super old beds.

The film Is comfortable and the house is perfectly located with a stunning view at sunset. Cecilia and her colleague warmly welcomed me. I definitely recommand to stay there.

The wifi signal was too weak in much of the property to enjoy the view while connected. A good thing?

Jardim do Mar is a little cute village, the perfect place just to be, relax and rest with views over a very clean blue seawater and sharp coast cliffs falling onto it. Cecilia's house has everything you need for it, simple and confortable rooms, living rooms, kitchen and, most of all, nice outdoor spots with laying chairs for you to enjoy the view!!! Service is very personal and breakfast is complete! Exactly what I was looking for.

Pillows quite lumpy but lots of them . A little difficult to suss out all the facilities but once we explored it was lovely.Speaking a little Spanish helped!
