Three adults enjoyed our stay. I would say it wasn't the cleanest place we've stayed. Looks like it needs a good deep cleaning. The sheets on the bedroom off the living room didn't smell like they had been washed.
Was a quiet place with pretty scenery. Beds were decent. Kitchen had a lot of items to cook with. We thought the furniture was very comfortable.
Gave this 4 stars because of the cleanliness. If that were fixed, we would stay here again.

We traveled here to attend a family wedding in the area. The loft was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Stacey was so accommodating when we were running late with the kayaks! Fresh flowers and snacks were in the loft along with the many extra amenities! We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The rooms are cute and plenty of space for family of 4. The owners add nice little touches like snacks and bottled water in the fridge and fresh flowers. The grounds are beautiful with no neighbors close by (all you see out the windows is greenery). There is a fun tire swing that the kids enjoyed and a large ouside table. The house has all the essentials, good wifi, charging station, toys and games for the whole family. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

This was a spacious, comfortable, clean second floor loft that was so close to the lake. It has great amenities including a towel warmer and was decorated with freshly cut flowers!

My oldest daughter lives in the area. They drive by this property a lot and remarked how lovely it is and that it is right by Lake Perry. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were greeted with fresh flowers, fully stock kitchen. The selection of tea and local honey was our favorite! We all enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom! Very clean and cozy! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location. Attention to detail was everywhere in this place. I enjoyed hearing the variety of birds sounds at this property. Loved how quiet it was at night. High quality rental and will return when I am in the area again.

We came to spend Christmas with our parents, kids and grandkids and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Stacy is an amazing host and even brought us a Christmas flower arrangement and goodie bag! The weather was SO cold but she was out sweeping the steps in negative windchills! Great communication throughout the reservation process and great attention to details. The Loft is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need if you want to cook! We would suggest this location for anyone traveling in the area, very quite, easy to access and even saw deer in the yard every day! If you want this property, you better book early!

We have stayed at the loft house for several years now. Perfect location to Rock Creek Marina. Stacy provides the best bath towels, soaps, snacks, coffee pods, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We’ll be back!

Great Loft close to the Lake and Golf
The loft was very clean and the beds are really comfortable. Open kitchen is nice and large. We sat around the kitchen island while hanging out. Parking is really big and easy to get a boat in and out. We utilized the BBQ during the stay snd cooked some amazing food.
Over all this place is great for the 3 adults or if you had 2 children as it would be great.
In the evening we watched the deer walk by a and even had a couple turkeys pass through.
Stacy was a great host with very prompt responses snd easy booking.

Fun get away
We enjoyed staying in the loft while we were in the area for a family wedding. It was well stocked with games and was very neat and clean. A great place to stay!

Very nice location
The property was very nice. There was plenty of room in the guest house. There is a studio below, and you can hear the other guests a bit if the space is rented out, but it was easy to overlook based on the other qualities of the experience. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Escape
I took my high school son and a few of his friends here to have a couple days of fun during spring break. The property was perfect to enjoy the kayaking and fishing. Nice big tv to enjoy some movies and plenty of room to host 5-6. Would enjoy staying again during the popular summer months.

This rental is located very close to Lake Perry and the Rock Creek Marina. Everything was just as stated on the listing. Stacy was extremely prompt in replying to messages. I would recommend staying here.

Relaxing retreat
My family of 6, kids (16,14,12, 5) had a wonderful relaxing time at the West Shore. We brought our boat and had a very short 1/4 mile drive to the marina boat ramp. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a short drive (20 minutes) to run into Topeka, but far enough away to feel secluded. This was our first time on Lake Perry and it competes very well with Grand Lake in Oklahoma and also TableRock. The lake has great coves to swim and fish and was not crowded. Future renters: bring your own lawn chairs, as there is no outside seating area.

Excellent Stay
This is our second year in a row we booked this place from Stacy. Love everything about this loft and it accommodates our family of 5 perfectly. Owner goes above and beyond to accommodate and answer questions. Definitely recommend and will stay here again!!
