Bright Modern All Season Open Concept Cottage - 5 minutes from Bayfield
Ce magnifique chalet toutes saisons Viceroy est situé sur une propriété en herbe et boisée juste à côté de la route 21, à cinq minutes au sud de Bayfield et à quinze minutes au nord de Grand Bend. Il possède un espace de vie lumineux à concept ouvert avec des plafonds cathédrale de 20 pieds et de nombreuses fenêtres pour la lumière naturelle.
Le chalet est toute la saison, entièrement meublé avec 3 chambres et une salle de bain complète. Il y a 2 lits queen et une couchette double / simple dans la 3ème chambre - dormir 7 confortablement. Il y a Internet sans fil, Android Box TV, Netflix, combo DVD / magnétoscope et stocké avec des films.
Profitez de la terrasse ensoleillée autour de l'avant et du côté du chalet avec une sortie du salon et une autre de la chambre principale. Il y a un barbecue et beaucoup de meubles de patio pour manger et se prélasser. Parfait pour attraper quelques rayons un après-midi paresseux. Le patio arrière offre également une balançoire / chaise et une table de patio de 8 places pour les réceptions. La cour est spacieuse pour les enfants et comprend un foyer ouvert.

En outre, vous trouverez un grille-pain / four à convection, un four micro-ondes et une cafetière. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le confort de la maison. Nous sommes sur l'eau municipale (potable) et le système septique. Il y a un poêle à bois dans le salon et des plinthes chauffantes dans chaque chambre. NOTE: Les draps ne sont pas fournis.
Oh la plage! À une minute à pied du bout de la rue, par un chemin pavé menant à l’accès à la plage privée. Il n'y a pas d'escalier et est une plage privée pour notre communauté. La plage est une combinaison de sable, de galets et de roches avec une entrée progressive dans le lac. Les couchers de soleil sur le lac Huron sont connus pour être spectaculaires. Assurez-vous de ne pas en manquer un!

Nice, clean spot with a big yard and fire pit. We saw hummingbirds and a white squirrel from the deck. Fire pit in back and short walk to the beach. Easy drive into Bayfield, Grand Bend and Goderich.

Everything was great for us! The cleanliness was top notch! The house itself was a treat to stay at. The neighbours are awesome and very friendly. The beach was amazing and very few people were there.Jodi answered very quickly and questions we had before our arrival Thank you for a wonderful vacation!🙂❤️

We LOVE this cottage! Jodi, our host, went above and beyond quickly responding to any questions we had. As others have mentioned, the neighbours were amazing and very welcoming--Kris even invited my husband to go snowmobiling with him this winter! The bed was so comfortable I slept through the night every night. I loved the appliances. We had campfires almost every night in the backyard, and loved the beach (except the little part at the shoreline that had little pebbles that moved when you stepped on them!) Even the cleaning woman, Britney, who arrived just as we were leaving at the end of our stay, was so nice and friendly. I give the cottage and Jodi (and Paul!) a 10 out of 10!

We had a great time and enjoyed the cottage. It was well supplied and comfortable beds. The deck is very large and made a great gathering spot to enjoy the breezes and quiet surroundings. For cooks, it has a well supplied kitchen and plenty of work space. Many nice courses around and a deep back area to practice. I’d like to come back, I’m sure the fall is beautiful there.

Serenity Now was just what my mom, sister and I needed. Its in an excellent location between Bayfield and Grand Bend. We did some shopping and enjoyed an afternoon at the Bad Apple Brewing Company. The cottage itself was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen to prep and make your own meals. We spent a lot of time on the deck just hanging out and reading. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach which did not disappoint. The sunsets were beautiful. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. One thing that we noticed was it did not have the patio furnitue as mentioned and shown in the photos. Good thing we brought our own chairs. :)

We loved our stay. The cottage was clean and cosy, it had everything we needed for our stay. A nice big yard for our dog Ellie. Wonderful friendly neighbors also. The access to Lake Huron is close and Bayfield is lovely. We plan to be back soon.

The residence is nicely appointed and comfortable. We appreciated being able to bring our 13 year old Lab who enjoyed her walks in the area. My grandchildren (7 and 9) preferred to swim in Grand Bend as opposed to the small beach accessible from the cottage. The beach off Pavillion Rd is quite nice and we enjoyed swimming there as well.
The front porch is comfortable and th erocking chairs were well used. The large lawns afforded us an opportunity to play numerous games.

This is our second time renting this property. It’s a great location and family friendly. We would highly recommend staying here. It’s clean, quiet and very close to the beaches and restaurants. The hosts are very responsive and happy to help.

It was a nice cottage and area. Been many times before but that darn TV. We could no get the TV to work and no volume on the TV. Also dvd and cd players did not work either. I contacted the owner of this property and there response was maybe you hit the mute button.
We are very computer savvy and we know how to use a TV and it's settings.
Hopefully the next person will have better results!

Great stay! It was clean (just be sure to clean up after yourself to avoid bugs), we loved making fires and visiting the town/beach side. It was especially nice heading into town and walking down to the beach side. Hosts communicated very well, all their instructions are super clear and they were kind. Have already recommended it to others and we're considering another stay!

Nice property, very clean. Some bug issues and the TV went off line for last two days. Could never connect to the WIFI. I am an artist and was there to get caught up on some projects, so the solitude was nice. I would have liked to have had more walking opportunities within the area. Had to drive to trails.

quick one minute walk to beach, beautiful sunsets, comfy beds but bedroom sizes pretty tight, kitchen nicely equipped, lots of deck space and some shade all day long. Backyard needs sprucing up a bit, uneven patio stones and very dark! (outdoor bulbs burnt out). Lovely location for shopping in Goderich and a great lunch at Paddy O'Neils and a great patio dinner at Hub on the Docks and pier stroll in Bayfield . Would rent here again. One downfall would be no a/c, but we spent the hottest day at the water anyway. She did provide fans for every room as promised. Overall, a great week away to recharge and refresh! This was a lovely, very comfortable cottage with a well equipped kitchen. There was everything we needed, plus a beautiful deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. The owners provided detailed instructions to help us enjoy and care for this special place, which we greatly appreciated. We loved that the beach was so close and we had it all to ourselves every afternoon to swim and make sand castles. It was also a great location being so close to Bayfield and Grand Bend. We had a wonderful holiday.

We had a great week staying at the cottage. Cottage was fully equipped with everything you needed from games, movies, kitchen tools, and most amenities. Bayfield is such a cute place to visit and the beaches all around us were great. I would definitely book here again. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for letting us rent your beautiful property!

We enjoyed our family vacation! The property was great - we have 3 toddlers, so we had to do a bit of baby proofing when we arrived (moving lamps, hiding small objects, moving cutlery/knives) but overall it was wonderful. The kids had a blast.

Exceeded expectations again!
Our second time staying at this property, since we enjoyed it so much the first time. Cottage itself is spacious, beautiful and comfortable with lots of light streaming through the windows. Lots to explore in surrounding area - Bayfield, Goderich, etc. My husband and I would highly recommend this cottage. And so would our dog :) Jodi and Paul are excellent hosts!

Cozy and Charming Cottage
Super cozy cottage within walking distance to the beach. Wifi was solid (3 of us worked all week from the cottage). The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of board games as well. 10 min drive into Bayfield for groceries etc. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommended.

This is our second time at this property and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The living and dining area is very spacious and the kitchen has every cooking pot and utensil that you could possibly need. It’s a great property for families as there are are plenty of toys, games, books and movies. We highly recommend this cottage.

Quiet and Peaceful
A perfect spot for day-tripping into Bayfield, Goderich, Grand Bend and the Pinery.
The cottage was exactly as advertised and we especially loved the large deck (and the red rocking chairs!). My son had to work so he set himself up at the patio table under the red umbrella and the rest of us gathered at the other end and were able to socialize without disturbing him.
We enjoyed daily walks - meeting friendly neighbours and their dogs, and a two minute evening stroll took us to the beach to enjoy the sunsets. Lake Huron really does have the most spectacular sunsets!
We loved our stay at Serenity Now and hope we are able to return.

Fantastic vacation!
The cottage is very well equipped for whatever cooking you would like to do. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a nice dining area. The property borders on a cornfield which is unusual but fun. It’s a quiet area and great for walking with access to Lake Huron but not great for swimming there. The beach in Bayfield is not far and is nice and sandy. It’s also a lovely village with restaurants and stores.

Perfect getaway!
Stayed here with my husband and our dog and it was perfect! The kitchen is equipped for all our cooking needs with pots and pans, there was a program to log into our own Netflix on the th and it was amazingly spacious. The property is stunning and just a few minutes of a walk to the beach (involving stairs). Overall so happy we chose this place and have already started to discuss another stay with friends. Love it!
