Grande maison de trois étages avec vue sur le lac située au 1254 Prather Dr. Nancy KY, à moins d'un kilomètre de la marina de Lee et du parc du comté de Pulaski. Assez d'espace pour se perdre. Un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux pour organiser de grands rassemblements avec beaucoup d'allée pour le stationnement et / ou les bateaux avec un très grand garage pour 2 voitures. Quatre chambres (2 rois, complet et un lit double / lits superposés) avec une chambre supplémentaire (3 lits jumeaux). Deux salles de bain complètes à l'étage, une salle de bain complète au niveau principal et une salle de bain en bas. Plan d'étage ouvert au niveau principal avec vue sur tout le lac. Deux canapés jumeaux en cuir dormant au niveau principal également. Sous-sol avec espace de divertissement complet, table de billard, jeu de palets et baby-foot, table de poker, salle de théâtre. Plus de 2 000 pieds carrés de platelage permettant le son complet de l’action sur l’eau. Chambres King avec balcons Juliette privés. Main level decking pleine longueur de la maison avec détente. Niveau inférieur de la terrasse / bar de la zone de divertissement. Buanderie au niveau principal avec laveuse et sécheuse et évier utilitaire. Cuisine entièrement équipée, coin salon pour 4 personnes dans la cuisine, table à manger pour 8 personnes, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, 2 éviers, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, comptoirs en granit, barbecue à gaz .

We had a guys trip to Lake Cumberland and this house was awesome! Plenty of rooms, great game and media rooms, an awesome view of the lake, and plenty of beds! I would highly recommend staying here and checking out the local island golf course.

Stayed at Prather Place for a long weekend with my family of 8. The house was clean as others stated. You do need to leave air curtain on because of gnats in kitchen like Summer says in her notes. Kitchen was ginormous with 2 islands so multiple people could help prep dinner after day at lake. House was huge except for master bathroom. Only way you can describe it as taking a shower in a ‘phone booth’. Wasted space in walk in closet could go a long way to upgrading that bath, but that million dollar view made you forget pretty fast!!…Summer answered my text immediately when I needed to know about kitchen appliances, and her text right before you arrive giving you info about the neighborhood was very helpful. Another helpful person was Danny the neighbor.. if you are putting in a boat it was faster and less hassle to put in at Pulaski Park than Lee’s Ford Marina

2 K, 1 F, 1 F/T bunk, and 3 full size twins in what we called the Harry Potter room which is off the room with the Bunk. Very large kitchen, we cooked daily. Beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time with family at this VRBO. The view was incredible, just what you're looking for when you're staying at a lake...plenty of deck to enjoy it.
Summer was very easy to communicate with. The kitchen was amazing as was the family room. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals and activities. The downstairs was out of this world with 2 game rooms and a home theater. A definite hit with the whole family...8 adults and 3 children.

Great view of Lake Cumberland. The whole family loved the game room. The upstairs showers were small. Kitchen was well stock but a little unorganized. Would of liked an ice machine in the freezer. Had trouble with the dishwasher and Summer took care of it right away. Laundry baskets in the bedrooms were a nice touch.

This is our second time staying at Summer’s house. It is the perfect centrally located spot for a retreat for folks coming from all over Kentucky. We had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, hanging out, and streaming presentations on the smart TV. Summer was very responsive to any questions. We will definitely use it again in the future!

This home was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home is fully equipped with everything you need. Home is very spacious. We enjoyed sitting outside on the decks looking at the lake and cooking out and the morning sunrises were beautiful. We also enjoyed the lower level playing pool and watching movies in the theater room. Beds were nice and comfortable. We will for sure rent this home again next time we are in the area :)

Our girls group, friends from high school have been coming to Lake Cumberland for many years now. And Prather Place is one of our very favorite places to stay. The incredible view and deck aside, the large kitchen, beautiful common areas and comfortable bed rooms helped make our reunion even better. Always super clean and well stocked with quality towels and linens you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The neighbors are super friendly too. Truly one of the best places you can rent at lake Cumberland.

We were in town to get married out at Cave Hill Vineyard and needed a place to host family and friends for different celebrations throughout the weekend. This house FIT THE BILL. Was better than the pictures. The view.... the VIEW. And the downstairs area, was everything we hoped for and more. Kids and adults were entertained no issues. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and hot water. Having access to the garage made it SO easy to repack to head home and not be outside in the rain. Do not hesitate to book this or any other property that Summer handles. She is top notch.

Great house, great view, great trip
Several friends and I always travel to a nearby lake for a long weekends every year. This year we chose lake Cumberland and it did not disappoint. The house was really nice, with plenty to do, especially in the basement. The host was super helpful and responsive and the location was nearby to somerset in case we got a little cabin fever. Really enjoyed the trip.

Great family getaway!
We do a trip with the whole family together every year and everyone agrees that this was the best house by far. Pictures of the property are spot on to how it is in person. The kitchen had every appliance cooking and baking items you can think of. Summer was very responsive and check in was easy. That view is what truly set it over the top.

We had a good experience renting this property. I might make a couple suggestions:
1. A cabinet in bath on first floor to hold towels and other items for the guests.
2. Also it would be helpful to put a bedroom on the basement level. This would help with larger families.

Amazing views, great entertainment
We had an absolutely wonderful time! So much space! Views to die for. Downstairs entertainment rooms had something for everyone! Rooms were super quiet, couldn’t hear the other rooms. We had so much fun playing games, watching movies and enjoying the decks! Super close to downtown Somerset, we also went to Corbin, KY. Great location, beautiful area. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. would definitely come back! Very clean and upkept nicely!

March Fishing Trip
Our group has been taking an annual fishing weekend for years. This house was by far the best stay we’ve had. House is very clean, has lots of space, and entertainment. Owners are responsive and even went out of there way to give us a call about a couple of items we left behind. We will be booking again.

The view was spectacular, but space in this home was perfect for our long weekend meet up!
We rent cabins, condos and the like quite often. We made the most of our stay and really enjoyed all the spaces throughout the house. The kids bunk “train car” room was a hit. The basement was chuck full of fun. The giant kitchen and oversized dining table were perfection! The state park (Eagle Scout Trail) 9 minutes away gave us a chance to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weekend wealthier. The sunrises from deck were breathtaking and the fire pit, super cozy. With a home like this, even an off-season stay is a memory for the books.

Wonderful stay
We were so thrilled to arrive at such a great home, as a host myself sometimes my standards are higher than they should be, and we were all very happy with our stay. They house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious for all of us. We had everything we needed and even in the winter the view was beautiful, we are already talking about our return during season. Don’t hestitate in booking the listing is accurate, and very clean.
