Ce charmant cottage dispose d’un tout nouveau porche couvert recouvert de nombreuses bascules pour vous permettre de vous asseoir, de vous détendre et de profiter de la vue sur l’eau. Cette année, le propriétaire a ajouté une nouvelle grande télévision dans le salon, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, de nouveaux tapis et une nouvelle douche extérieure.
Le plan d'étage à un niveau pratique est parfait pour les petites familles - ce chalet est meublé avec un mélange d'ancien et de nouveau, ce qui ajoute un charme chaleureux. La grande cuisine est lumineuse et aérée, avec un grand solarium à l’arrière de la maison, véritable havre de paix pour passer des moments calmes après une journée à la plage ou pour passer de bons moments avec les projets artistiques et les jeux des enfants. Il y a un espace extérieur pratique sous la maison avec table et grill - un endroit idéal pour cuisiner ce burger au fromage au paradis!

We just returned from our 5 night stay at Fisher Cottage and we had an awesome stay!
There were some things about it I didn’t LOVE but overall it was great! The location was amazing! It took 5 minutes to walk to the beach! The view of the bay was beautiful and we literally sat on the porch the entire time.
The outside shower was nice and we all used it.
The interior was adorable but the only thing we didn’t like was the location of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Too close for comfort for my taste but it worked out just fine.
I think there are too many area rugs. I know that sounds strange but a few of us tripped on the lips of the area rugs.
We had to put a chair over it because it kept curling up.
The doorknob on the storm door kept falling off and if the door shut it locked. Luckily the back door was un locked.
Overall it’s great and I’d honestly stay there again! It gave us the overall island vibe that we were looking for!

We loved our week in the Fisher Cottage. The property is walking distance to the little downtown, the beach and the inner waterway is just few steps away with the view of the sunset from the porch. The covered porch was our favorite spot. Perfectly quiet. Just far enough from the Pier and the downtown but close enough to walk there and walk back with a bag from the convenient store/groceries.
The Fisher cottage is clean and comfortable and has a sweet homey feel. Our family of 4 plus the grandparents had enough room to read, nap and play games. Kitchen has space and everything you might need.
4 stars bc it needs a makeover/ light remodel. The windows do not open.

Incredible. They rent this as a beach bungalow. And there is not a single window in the place that you can open. I would avoid this place. Totally wrong that they don’t communicate this up front. And it’s dangerous

We had the best time at this beach house! We gathered for a friends 30th birthday celebration and wanted to be in Wrightsville since all of our activities were there. This house was in the perfect location and peaceful on the sound side. Such beautiful sunsets from the porch! We loved our stay so much we hope to come back! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Funky Fabulous Rental
My husband and I loved the location. I have some ambulatory issues so the proximity to the waterway and beach were ideal. The new deck on the home was amazing, we made great use of the rocking chairs and hammock. The interior is eclectic, but it felt homey and we found everything we needed to cook etc. Some beach chairs would be nice, otherwise no complaints.

The Fisher Cottage is in a great location. Love the old beach cottages. Very clean with great kitchen amenities. The large porch was my go to place for relaxation. The bedrooms and bathrooms situation was a little quirky but all in all a good place to stay.

The Fisher cottage reminds me of going to a beach house way back several decades before they got so fancy....but it is very well equipped. Reasonably clean, plenty of space for 6 and generally comfortable. The mattresses were firm. The kitchen was good and they actually had some spices and had left some trash bags out. Nice outdoor shower. The gem is the porch. Great outdoor space with sound views and pretty sunset. The neighbors bushes could be trimmed for better viewing but that’s out of the Fisher’s control. The quirkiness was with the 2 placement of the bathrooms but it was tolerable for the price of the rental. I would guess this home was built in the late 40s but has been updated. It was fun seeing the family pictures since my family had a beach house from 1971-2014 in NJ. One easy fix would be better seating in living room. They should buy a sectional and get rid of the current situation.

What a great house for 3 couples and 2 dogs! Proximity to the sound and the beach is amazing, and THE PORCH! If we were home, we were on the porch! House was very clean, kitchen was well stocked - could have used a bigger fridge though, seems like it is on its last leg with the door shelf arms either broken or missing. We made it work with all the coolers we brought. Will definitely rent again!

We are repeat renters of Fisher Cottage, and we plan to keep coming back. The house is no frills, but has everything you need and makes for a perfect beach rental. The majority of your time will be spent on the large deck staring at the waterway. The location is perfect! The recent kitchen renovations looked great! We also love that we can bring our dogs along- the yard is the perfect size for them too! Fisher Cottage of one of our favorites- can't wait to come back again!

My daughter and grandson stayed at this home with 2 mid-size dogs. They loved the home and it accommodated them nicely. It was about 5 blocks from where we were staying. When we opened the home, there were no noticeable signs of pets being in the home. It was very cute! Nicely decorated and well taken care of. We visited a few times and had dinner there one evening. Well appointed and everything was clean.
During Christmas week it is difficult to get assistance from real estate company. The light over the dining room table dis not work - likely a bulb but not sure because it was an older lamp. No bulbs could be found - yes, we could have driven to store to buy a bulb, but because it was an "older" style lamp, we were afraid of breaking the glass. The TVs were difficult to operate - no instructions. Everyone's cable company works differently. Lastly, no trash can could be found...and could not reach anyone from Bryant until Thursday after Christmas. Matt came by and instructed us to leave trash under porch.

The coffee maker did not work - we never found the washer and dryer but the most disturbing thing about Fisher Cottage were the huge cockroaches that were there in the bathrooms and bedrooms from the first night we were there. Not good at all - I could not sleep. I told Bryant Realty at check out and all he said was have a nice trip back. Cottage was ok as far as decor and location. Will not return.

The best things are this house are the great location and huge deck. The inside is comfortable and spacious for a traditional cottage. We have stayed multiple times and will be back. Perfectly tucked away on a street close to the sound, but also an easy walk to the beach, and very convenient to restuarants/stores.

Second stay at this home. Loved the location, the condition of the house is OK. Ceiling fans were very dirty and we had to clean before using them. We like the old-fashioned charm, but the front storm door needs replacing as well as the front door. Signs of wood rot on the original windows.

Great House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Porch was fantastic for lounging and dining with comfortable furniture. Very nice sound views and sunsets. Kitchen was especially well equipped. House was very spacious for 6 adults and small child. Outdoor shower was great. It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.

Fisher Cottage perfect!!
Loved this cozy 3 BR cottage with rocking chair front porch views of the intracoastal and sunsets gorgeous. Two blocks walk to the beach and 3 blocks to central Wrightsville with restaurants shops and bars. Great long weekend could of stayed a week.

I love the house. Reminds me of the old beach houses on Sullivan's Island, SC where I grew up so if you're into that vintage...you will love it. Great utilization of space. The porch is fabulous and wonderful sunsets and moonsets as well. Easy access to beach. Easy walk to the beach bars. My only shock was that I could not find a recycling bin ANYWHERE on the property. So all of the plastic bottles and cans and glass went to the garbage can. As of 5/12/19, there is construction/new build directly behind the house and diagonal to house and yes, they are working on weekends so, if the sound of beep beep beep bothers you, you may not like it. It's only during the day and it didn't bother us.

This home is spacious, pet-friendly, clean, has comfortable furnishings, great big porch with hammock and water view, well-stocked kitchen, close walk to the ocean, church, coffee shop, park loop (great for our two dogs), and books and puzzles to use if you forgot yours. Unfortunately, construction right behind the house is VERY LOUD which made relaxing on the hammock or reading in the back room unpleasant (one of our dogs did not care for the pretty constant hammering). You cannot control construction, but Bryant Real Estate did not want to consider a refund on at least one night that we paid a premium rate. The warning about the noise was not on the house page when we booked the place. I would recommend this home to others after the construction is over or at a reduced rate.

We loved our stay at Fisher Cottage. We've stayed at many WB beach houses, and this one ranks near the top! The location is ideal- you can float in the sound/ICW just steps from the house or take a short stroll to the beach. You can walk to all the restaurants, hot spots and shops at WB too. The cottage is open, and has a relaxing, wonderful porch with sound views. The bedrooms are very basic, but fairly roomy and comfortable. There is only one inside shower, but the new outside shower is very nice. I also greatly appreciate that we can bring our furry family members along, and there is a decent yard (not fully fenced) for them too!

The location of the house was great. The interior is very retro, but not in a bad way. Bathrooms are outdated and would prefer a shower in each bathroom and larger shower as well. With some reconfiguration, larger bathroom vanities would be nice. Overall the electrical needs updating, outlets are few and far between. The porch was fantastic! Overall, a good experience, but not for folks who are looking for up to date accommodations. I would stay at this home again if 5 or less persons.

Loved the retro beach cottage with upgrades - location was central to sound and beach. The 3 BR/2Bath layout was a snug fit for 4 adults and 2 pre-teens. We used the outside shower instead of the claw foot tub in the Master Bath. Wrap- around porch and hammock were very popular spots. Very clean and generally well- appointed. Bryant Realty Hospitality site kept in touch throughout visit, but could use some tweaking on return messaging.

We spent the winter here, escaping snow & ice in Maine. Very quiet location yet walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping. The Fisher Cottage had everything we needed and any help we sought was quickly provided by Bryant.
