small, but nice 2 bedroom in a perfect location - very nice owners who are great communicators - look forward to returning for a third time

Nicole was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns. Convenient to walk to ocean and bay. We enjoyed our stay despite the rainy and cold weather.

Great location!!!

This a cute little place. But it is vey tiny. The location was great very close to the beach. The shower and bathroom was very very small a large man couldn’t fit in the shower. The outdoor shower was unfortunately not working which was a bummer. But the owners were very nice. Just know it is a small place.

The place was clean & cute & had everything you’d need. Unfortunately we will never return because of the tacky neighbors. Upon arriving, the garbage, which is located under our dwelling & next to our outdoor shower (which only had cold water) was absolutely disgusting. We soon realized that the neighbors in the big house next to us not only filled it up to the point that the flies were so bad we couldn’t even sit outside. But they refused to empty it. For the entire week I took their garbage out. Several cans overflowing they’d just throw boxes & junk so sloppily. We had no garbage we didn’t cook we maybe had one bag & a bottle.They had so much garbage & recycling, and they would watch me take their garbage out. Then, they wouldn’t even bring the cans back & knew it wall all their garbage & would stand there watching me drag the cans back in after taking their garbage out. Totally obnoxious. They did laundry (which is located in the downstairs of our dwelling) starting at 11:30 pm. There wasn’t one single morning they didn’t wake us up Slamming the door. They also hoarded anything & everything they wanted from the garage. They took most of the beach chairs (the ones they chose) & kept them at their house in their yard so we had no access to them & only what they left us. Then, they pretended not to know the “parking policy”. They insisted on parking in our spot, for their convenience, & weren’t using their own designated spot. My daughters friend had to be left in the street

This is a very nice, cozy apartment very close to a beautiful beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is an upstairs apartment with outdoor stairs, leading to the kitchen and a living room with a couch, chair and TV. Then there are two small bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and a very small bathroom. Everything was clean and the hosts were available via text to answer questions about restaurants and activities in the area. The included beach passes were a nice touch for the weekend, but weren’t needed during the week. I would definitely come back here again.

Cozy place in a great location

We loved our stay. Nicole was so quick with communication and an amazing host! It was bigger then we thought and so tastefully laid out. Very cute and charming. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!!

This location was perfect, less than a block from the beach and close to the boardwalk, but not TOO close. The neighborhood was nice, it was far enough away from the heights. The property was small but perfect for the two of us, and it was clean! The biggest downside was the small bathroom, but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying again. Owner is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time!

Perfect rental for family. So close to the entrance to the beach! Loved that it has queen sized beds, so many rentals this size would have smaller beds to make the rooms seem larger. Rental included items & services we've never seen at larger or more expensive rentals. The owners are super nice people. Great place, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice little place and right by beach

This rental is on the first block of houses from the beach. Although we were in Seaside on a very rainy/windy weekend I walked to the beach and the location is fantastic. The unit is very clean and comfortable! Communicating with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. A+ experience!

The property is small but it has unique atmosphere. We had a wonderful time. It is located close to beach and close to park. Highly recommend to small family with small dog. Thank you Nicole and Sean for having us. See you soon.

Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for a week just after the season, so the town was quiet. Most businesses were already closed. Property was private and easy to access. Great neighborhood, everything was walkable or bikable and she provided bicycles in the garage among other beach items. We had two dogs who also had a great time even though they were not allowed on the beach or boardwalk at all. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

This was a perfect fit for my husband, my daughter and I. It’s close to the beach, the bay and the boardwalk. Everything was in walking distance. We totally enjoyed using the bikes everyday. The neighbors were friendly and the hosts were Amazing! You’ll feel right at home here. Will definitely stay with them again 🏖

Nicole & Sean were very accommodating & very informative. Great hosts! The house is only a block from the beach. They also let us use their cart to go to & from the beach, as I’m still recuperating from back surgery, which was such a blessing. Also, their pet friendly home, was great. To bring our dog with us was such an added bonus. We were so appreciative! The only draw back that we had was the bathroom & indoor shower were very small, but the outdoor shower was amazing! All in all we had a great experience. & they are wonderful hosts!

We wanted to be close to the beach on a budget and this place gave us both! My only complaint is that the garage space is shared storage space with the people who rent the larger house. Every time the garage door closes, it pretty much shakes the apartment and is LOUD. Unfortunately the people next to us went in and out of the garage constantly, and as early as 6am and late as midnight. Otherwise, everything was even better than described, very cute space!

Just spent 3 nights at Nicole’s beach cottage and we loved it. She was attentive from the start and always responds quickly. Luckily we came during a really humid stretch of days because the beach being down the block was super convenient. The house was the perfect size for my family of 3 and dog. Would definitely recommend for anybody trying to do a getaway to the shore!

We were driving from central PA and Philly and Nicole was super responsive to our queries about early check-in. The house is not too big, but we found it just right for our family trip of 3 people plus our dog. It is literally a 4-5 minute walk to the beach and that was great. We spent all day at the beach and came back to eat and sleep--so that was fine with us. Wifi works great--had to take a zoom call for work and it went fine. TV works -- we watched netflix -- and kitchen has what you need for a small family. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Nicole.

We went for a group event but couldn't stay at the motel because I had a dog. It was great to find a dog friendly place. Location was awesome to everything we wanted to do. The bikes were such a bonus and the place was quaint, clean and perfect for us. Beds were comfy too.

We spent a lot of time in the beach so the size of the place was fine for us.The location is great; just 1/2 block away from the beach. For us that was enough to cover anything that we did not find absolutely fantastic
