Ce cap est disponible à la semaine ou le week-end pour les mois d'avril, mai juin — le mois de juillet est disponible pour la location ÉTÉ 2020 du 22 000 août à la fête du Travail 2020 est déjà pris et à nouveau disponible du 4 septembre au novembre situé sur Beach Lane juste avant le pont pour se rendre à Private Rogers Beach, à quelques secondes de Dune Road et à quelques minutes de Main Street. La maison a une vue imprenable vers l'ouest, cette maison bénéficie chaque soir de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur un énorme marais immaculé. Le patio intime est parfait
pour les repas d'été ou tout simplement profiter d'une boisson après une journée à la plage. Le village de Westhampton Beach est à environ 15 minutes à pied ou à vélo. Village Ocean Beach n'est même pas à cinq minutes à pied, a des sauveteurs, des douches, un pavillon et un service de restauration, vous pouvez également profiter des plages de la ville de Southampton. Pour les propriétaires de bateaux, cette maison a 127 pieds de canal avec cloison, eau, électricité. Cette maison offre également un salon spacieux avec une télévision connectée à écran plat, une cheminée et de nombreux sièges. Aménagement ouvert, cuisine dans la cuisine entièrement équipée avec une grande table de ferme pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Animaux acceptés :) laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle. 5 chambres: trois lits doubles, un lit queen et quatre lits jumeaux (veuillez vous référer aux photos pour la disposition). Linge fourni. From beginning to end everything was just perfect! Fran the host was lovely and super accommodating! The house was sparkling clean, well kept and stocked with all the essentials! All we had to do was bring clothes, food and drinks! Five minute walk to the beach, very close to town, and the views are beautiful! I would recommend this house over and over, we had a wonderful weekend and would love to rent it again!

We stayed at this property for a wedding we were attending in Westhampton. The house was very clean and met all our needs for a nice weekend stay.
There was plenty of room for the group, including 2 babies.
Loved that it was so close to Dune Road so we didn't need to travel far.
Sheets and towels were supplied (and on the bed which is a nice bonus) as well as a well stocked pantry for little things like paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc.
Weather was breezy so it really felt nice having the crisp ocean air blowing through all the windows!
Owner was quick to communicate and made the process very easy!

The owner was terrific and the property was ideal for our family reunion. Very clean , comfortable, central location that was walking distance to town beach and club. The large backyard had a great breeze and plenty of tables and chairs to hold our family reunion. There were bikes, BBQ, extra chairs and plenty of space to make everyone feel comfortable. Great weekend would highly reccomend!!!

The location and ease of access to beach, restaurants, and center of town is just perfect at this property. House is cozy and comfortable. The backyard is incredibly spacious, offering some beautiful views of the surrounding neighborhood and some wild sunsets. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The location of this lovely home is amazing - near beach and town! The owner was so easy to work with and we had plenty of space (including beds!) for our girls getaway weekend. The house has a beautiful backyard/seating area and really everything you need for an easy and enjoyable visit. We all agreed we would stay again for sure!

Rented the property with some friends and family, in total 12 of us. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs, great private location right off dune road and close to the village. We spent some time at a farmers market in the village on Saturday morning, bought fresh seafood and produce for the bbq. The backyard is great for entertaining and very private. Fran was fantastic with hosting us, answering any questions we had, and staying in touch leading up to the weekend we rented the property. The house was clean and set up with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and will definitely consider renting this property again, everyone in the group had a fantastic time. Thank you to Fran for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful piece of property in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is a short walk to the beach, and has a large, beautiful backyard with a view out over the Bay. It comfortably fit all 10 of us, and was perfect for our stay in the beautiful town of Westhampton Beach. Fran was easy to work with, and we will certainly come back to this house on our next visit.

This house was perfect! Pictures don't do it justice and the inside is much bigger than pictures make it look. Comfortably slept 12 people and everyone had a bed!The backyard was beautiful and the perfect place to unwind and relax. Everything was very clean and have no complaints whatsoever. Within minutes from everything (town and beach) and very easy to get to. Would highly suggest this rental and would definitely stay here again!

Great house, beautiful setting and perfect location on the inlet with 5 minute walk to veach. Everything we needed was at hand. Very clean and tidy. Could not get the garbage compactor to work, sorry to leave the garbage. Also we werent sure what to do w recycling. Maybe just a few directions would be good for next family. Thirteen of us stayed at this house over Memorial Day Weekend for a friend's wedding in the area. This house may look small, but it legitimately sleeps 14 individuals all in beds. We had all the amenities we needed to cook, stay clean, and enjoy the great backyard with bayviews. The beach is probably a six minute walk across the bridge. I would love to rent this property from Fran again in the future if the opportunity arose. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay, Fran, it was truly an excellent experience!
