The house was so clean and cozy. Very close to Main Street and everything. Westhampton is just beautiful this time of year.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was so clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were in town for a wedding so we did not use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything you would need to cook amazing meals for a group of people. We highly recommend this home!

If I had to sum our trip up in one word, it would be WOW! The owner and manager were very accommodating. The house was super clean! The location was great! The price was fair! Just WOW! If we are ever planning a trip in that area again it will be here for sure!

This is a charming home perfectly situated in Westhamptons. Close to several beaches and downtown. Enjoyed the neighborhood and birds chirping morning and evening. The home is clean and the outdoor grill was a plus. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend!

Was a nice house, situated well. Only problem was lack of hot water for evening/next morning which meant that we had to wait for technician to come and while fixing it. Lost an entire morning hanging around the house. Property manager said we were first in line for 8am technician, but that didn't happen. Manager only followed up when we texted her at 9:30-then we were told another call took precedence over ours. At least we were able to shower at noon so could make an afternoon wedding on time. Would have been nice if we were given some small refund or something, but only got a "sorry for the inconvenience" email.

We loved our stay at your beautiful home, which was the envy of other family members. The only (slight) negatives related to coffee. I think the Keurig might need to be replaced, and the electric coffee maker was filled with old coffee and overflowing with mold. We emptied it, but it really might need some intensive cleaning. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Love the location proximity to town well appointed

We were in town for a family get together and this house was perfect. To top it off it’s a great location as it was just minutes from restaurants, shopping and beaches. Pascal and Anne were lovely hosts, clearly communicating with us before our visit. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

This property was very clean, fully stocked, check in and out very organized, and close to beautiful Westhampton. The owners were very pleasant, very accommodating, and maintain a great house. We will definitely go back at year end. Enjoy.

We loved our stay here and hope to visit again soon. The house has a beautiful modern kitchen, charming original fixtures in the bathroom, and a large backyard. We really appreciated that they had a pack n play and black-out curtains in the nursery-- it made traveling with a baby really easy. Communication was also great-- the hosts went above and beyond to help us plan our stay and responded quickly when we had a minor issue with the heat. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for a Wedding/ Reception Weekend in the West Hampton. Host was very responsive. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, a few minutes from the quaint east end Village of West Hampton and not far from the alluring Dune Road. My family spent wonderful time having tea, wine and cheese in the dining area of the kitchen which was light and bright. Lovely tea cups and every kind of wine glass along with all other kitchen necessities. The home had an amazing front porch which was warm, charming and cozy just as all the other rooms of the house. Dinner at Oaklands at the end of Dune Road by the Shinnecock Inlet is a must. Only regret, too short a stay, next time we must stay a week.

We booked Anne’s house last minute. Pascal and Anne we fantastic getting back to us right away and making us feel welcomed. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. The yard was very well kept and inviting. The house is walking distance to the beach and the Main Street of West Hampton Beach. It is the perfect house for a get away. Anne and Pascal were perfect hosts. I highly recommend this property.

I was in a huge bind to secure accommodations for 4-5 wedding guests/vendor professionals. A quick click on Vrbo - and a connection with Anne and Pascal - and my problem was solved! Their warm, cozy and clean home is under 10 minutes from the heart of Westhampton Beach. Plenty of bedrooms, and a well-situated kitchen, provided our guests with a stress-free weekend. Anne and Pascal are efficient, kind, and extremely communicative. It was an all-around wonderful experience! We would all highly recommend this rental :)

Cute home that comes well equipped ! For an elderly couple the stairs were a bit steep to the bedrooms ( but we knew there’d be stairs). A few more kiddie toys & books would be great, as well as some plastic cups and plates for them . All in all we enjoyed the property !!

It was a truly enjoyable experience staying at this property! Very close proximity to beautiful beaches and West Hampton Village, where all the nice restaurants are. The house itself boasts a really cozy old school charm and flare with some modern touches mixed in nicely. Absolutely loved dealing with the owners Anne and Pascal! They are extremely helpful and informative and they treat you like family. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a lovely stay. The house was comfortable, clean, well organized, well stocked with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Pascal, Anne & Susan were very responsive to all messages. There was plenty of space for 3 adults & 2 children. The backyard was perfect for BBQs, family time, it was our son’s favorite spot!

Anne and Pascal are wonderful hosts. They responded very quickly to our questions. The house contained everything we needed to have an enjoyable week.

Comfortable home but not great for people with mobility issues. Had we known in advance that all of the bedrooms were located on the second floor, we would have selected a different unit. Overall, the property was nicely maintained though we didn't find decent towels in the unit until right before we checked out and there were a few items that should have been fixed prior to our arrival but weren't . That was disappointing.

This home was exactly what we needed for our quick stay in west Hampton. The location was perfect, the house was very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our three small children. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful spring weekend celebrating my husband's 70th birthday at this lovely house. The layout was perfect for us staying with our grown children and grandchildren. Two of the bedrooms were connected for the grandchildren and parents. There is a beautiful modern kitchen and spacious closed in yard. The hosts were great with all communication and generously gave us late check-out on Sunday. We would love to stay here again.

This was our second time in this property within a month. Once again, we found it worked out well. Clean home. Easy layout. Great communication with the owner and property manager, who strived to make things work well. Example: a major snowstorm hit prior to our going, and they arranged to make it safe and easy for us to enter and leave the house.
