Amazing sea view and location, just a stone’s throw from the beach. Gorgeous huge clean pool. Very quiet location with many amenities close by. Enjoyable family holiday.

Location of the property was good and. quiet. Plenty of room in the villa which was very spacious downstairs. External furniture was also good as often properties do not supply enough for the visitors. Pool was very clean also.

We visited the Deluxe First Line Villa for a week. We really had a great time. The villa has all the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable. The swimming pool was very big, just like the garden, from where you could just walk into the sea. Thanks to Marsel, our host, our stay was even more pleasant. He drove us to the supermarket and car rental as a service! Thanks Marsel for the perfect time we had. Hope to meet again some day.

We arrived late because of the flight being delayed but Marcel was there to meet and great us. The fridge was already stocked with the groceries we pre ordered! The house is absolutely outstanding and Marcel is a very warm and kind person who helped us with our suitcases into the property. After a whistle stop tour of the house he left us to it. Incredibly spacious house with all the mod cons you need nowadays. Marcel was always on hand if needed and even picked us to take us to care hire company so we can lease a car for our stay !. Beds are very comfortable and clean ! Kitchen is massive and a dream to cook in ! WIFI works great as well ! The outside area is what it is really about . Huge pool and very clean, it is maintained once a week . The gardens are huge which lead down to your own private entrance to the beach ! We spent most of our holiday hanging around the pool , in the pool or down the beach . Location is perfect, 10 min slow drive to the airport, 45 mins to Ayai Napa and 1 hour to Paphos so location wise it could not be better !. Highly recommend this property, It was our first visit to Cyprus but we definitely be back. If your looking for high quality and somewhere to make some awesome memories then this is the place for you ! If you like cats its heaven , first night we had a visit from a cat so we fed her, next morning she turned up with a kitten so we fed them both , next morning she turned up with 2 more kittens so I drove to Lidl, bough a couple of chickens and ended up cooking chickens for the cats. They spent the whole two weeks chilling out and eating with us ! It was lovely , If you stay there make sure you look after them !! Great job Marcel and thanks from us ! See you soon ! Beautiful villa. The host was so helpful and friendly, a fantastic family holiday. Stunning views. Within easy access to the airport. Car hire is a must to get out and about to see the island. We hope to return very soon.
