The location was great and so was dealing with the host.

This property was advertised as 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and pool view. The property only has 2 bathrooms, one of which is outside, and no pool view. This is false marketing and is not the property we wanted but we have no choice to stay here. I have screen shots of the description that I can send you. I also spoke to Exmouth Holidays who manage the accommodation and they say that this is not the description they sent you. Whilst this did not ruin our holiday, it definitely made it more uncomfortable and this is unacceptable!

excellent location

dirty and poor facilities for the money I have photos of mice and cockroaches, this was in the kitchen!! Plus the surfaces were dirty, especially the floor. the biggest roach I’ve ever seen. we caught the mouse in the bin which sliced and killed it. gross! microwave didn’t work which they knew about but didn’t follow up until we asked which took time. kitchen utensils could have been a lot better.

the size

neighbours were very noisy. using power tools and taking loudly from 5.30am every morning. facilities and styling very out dated, old and unclean feeling.

location and house was great Good for eight people apart from bathroom use enough parking

Outside bathroom was average and dirty. Needed for two families pool not very appealing need wifi in this day and age. life just doesn'tswitch off when you have family and commitments

This is not what didn’t like just bit of constructive critism. Fan and sky light in bathroom could be cleaned, shower leaked a bit and right one squirted up. Also few pots not cleaned properly. New pedestal fans to be bought.

Comfortable for family and enough spaces. Very easy to access from the main road.

It was christmas holiday so no staffs to help for house keeping and no one contact.

Location was OK

Place was filthy, cockroaches everywhere, mould in the shower. On roll of toilet paper for a place that supposedly sleeps 6 people
