The property was spacious enough for our group of three and the host greeted us quickly on arrival and showed us the clean property.

The beds were noisy and the couch did not fit more than two people.

Extremely hot day. Air conditioner inadequate and not turned on even though I advised time of arrival. No sign on the door. Could not find place. Taxi driver abandoned us to the extreme heat. Neighbour rescued us. No air in apartment. Security windows locked down so bed rooms were airless and roasting. No ventilation or cross current to move the air. We had a very uncomfortable night and hardly slept. Fans would have helped. Only one entrance. Fire hazard! Clean well appointed and otherwise good but disastrous in the hottest day of the year.

Beds were not comfortable, and noisy frames and quite noisey with people passing during the night.

It is a clean house with good amenities on a side road 10-15 mins walking distance to main harbour of Faro. It would have been a much better experience if the host responded to messages or texts about check-in and/or check-out options or allowed to keep luggage after check-out. As the house is located next door to the chicken shop we could hear a noisy extractor fan in a chicken shop working at late evening in the bedroom and a lot of customers's cars to buy takeaways.

It was spacious, well equipped and a great location. The owner kindly send wonderful restaurant options. The owner was very flexible for check in.

We were a bit overwhelmed with cleaner product smell, but we had booked last minute and likely was just cleaned before arrival.

Microwave not working, heater not working, shower needs the floor re tileing, toilet cistern float sticks.

The flat was humid and there were sounds of mice in the walls.

The apartment is located in a renovated old house very close to the historical centre of Faro. It has everything you need: well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and even a wardrobe room! The furniture is almost new and everything was spotless clean. The owner, Pedro, was very helpful and kind. We'd certainly come back again.

The only thing I can mention is the shower panel as it's half loose so it should be fixed.

Enough space, good location.

Ground floor, mess in the pantry, creaky beds, lack of a kettle and capsules for washing machine and coffee maker, the mirror in the bathroom has bloomed. The host was friendly. He promised to bring a kettle, but did not keep his promise and ignored us.

Central place in Faro, 15 min walking from the bus/train station.

The house is very humid. We had to open air conditioning 24h. There are traces of humidity on the ceiling and the walls. Sofa too old, uncomfortable. Few kitchen furnitures are missing (wine bottle opener, bowls, dessert spoons, colander for pasta…). We have been eating most of the time out but 1/2 times we did pasta with yogurt and it was like camping.

Never wrote a bad review before BUT In our 48hours stay we had no Wi-Fi or TV at all and no Electric for at least 26 hrs (no fridge hot water or Aircon )could not contact host (not answering phone) Short Weekend break ruined Host will not refund any money

Had everything you need with modern kitchen and good washing machine. Free parking in the street but not always easy to find during working hours. Short walk into main restaurant area and old city.

Some parts of the apartment need updating.

The location of property was perfect, the host was nice and the communication with him was excellent. The appartment was bigger than we anticipated. There was everything you would need :) Everything was walking distance (except airport of course :) ) Even though we stayed only 2 nights, the place is suitable for longer stays. Recommend 10/10.

Bit noisy at night during weekend.

The location of the apartment was excellent, within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. It also had lots of public transport available such as buses and taxis. The centre of the city and other tourist attractions were clearly signposted as well!

The apartment would benefit from being re-painted and the mirror in the bathroom could be changed but overall no major problems, definitely good value for money!
