Pool and hot tub. Close to beach

Not clean when arrived. Stained carpet, mold in shower. Last day a mouse in living room.

Nothing. It was an awful place.

Terrible location. Dirty carpets. Nothing like what was advertised - the listing made it sound like a beach-front resort. It was a small run-down house in the middle of a low-income housing estate. The pool and hot-tub were closed down for repair.

Being senior citizens the stairs were difficult. All electrical devices were connected using extension cords....very hazardous. Advertised as having Keurig, but had regular coffeemaker which had broken lid on carafe. Bathroom drains don't drain properly. Garbage disposal needs attention. No regular television programming available. No instructions on how to use the TV for viewing.

Several things to do at the development, but COVID prevented using amenities. The location was convenient. Beautiful area. Ease of parking was appreciated. Very well supplied with linens, kitchen needs , etc. Accidentally discovered the large varieties of games stored inside the coffee table . There was plenty for anyone.

N/A The cooperation of all that were associated with my stay. I also greatly appreciated the fact that I was given credit for the time we could not use the facility due to the fires in the area. The maintenance man setting up the TV for us . Generqlly getting help with out there bein g a big deal made, Thank you

The best part about this property was the location and the free parking.

The worst parts about this listing were the misleading price (listed at $72/night). After you choose the listing you find out it there is a $150 cleaning fee and a significant add-on for tax. The TV has is not hooked up to a cable box and useless without a computer with HDMI hook up. The pocket door for the downstairs bathroom is sticky,. The upstairs bathroom has a hole in the door and there are dirty carpets throughout. The master bedroom smells like cigarette smoke. We were scheduled to check-in at 4pm, when we arrived the house was a mess (dirty laundry piled on the washer in the kitchen and a funky smell like a dog had recently been in the unit. We went for a walk assuming the cleaning staff had not yet visited and found cleaning staff inside when we returned. We waited for the cleaning staff to leave (more than 30 minutes after the designated check-in time), but I was not confident that COVID cleaning standards were met.

Good beds. Close to lake.

Dishwasher leaked. Broken door in a bathroom. Dirty carpet. No TV service.

Close to the lake. Comfy Beds. Great to use the pool and hot-tub.
