櫃台人員接待親切有禮貌，也有很多衛浴用品小東西可以免費索取，地點佳，停車場非常大。早餐非常好吃

真的很古老的飯店了，電梯，室內等都感覺的到舊，該好好翻修一下了，我住頂樓最後一間，熱水瓶有燒焦味，後來我是都買礦泉水喝

シャワーの水圧が少し弱かった点

清掃スタッフのご都合もあるかもしれませんが、チェックアウト前に話しながら清掃しておられた。廊下は結構響きます。

Good location close to the train station, nice staff. Bed comfortable, big sized room and decent bathroom.

Many stains on the cream carpet in the room and hallway, and lift walls full of marks. Even though the carpet was clean despite that, it gave a very bad impression. Room temperature was extremely hot and couldn't be adjusted, neither could the window be opened (that I could work out) so I was very uncomfortable. Food at the restaurant was inedible for me, beef in "beef stroganoff" was only seared on the outside and completely raw in the middle, which is not right for this European dish. Room rate and breakfast rate especially (3,500 YEN) overpriced for the lower standards (did not try the breakfast due to the price).
