it's close to the subway station. the host was very kind for the apartment at Hinter dem Holze 34, but not the apartment at Hinter dem Holze 14.

the agency of Anyroomdirect connects to the apartment in Airbnb. We wonder why the host asked the deposit for Airbnb apartment. Even if you ask people who live in Germany, they say it is strange to be asked for a deposit. The host of Holze 14 arrived a few minutes later than our scheduled departure time, so we almost missed the train.

Very clean, it had all the amenities. They were also very fast and helpful to a couple of extra stuff we requested.

The owner doesn't speak English so it's very hard to communicate with her, however the agent she's working with (Alexander), is very helpful and responsive (and English speaking). Darker curtains or stories should be added on the living room, as the sofa bed is there. There is only 1 set of keys so if more than 1 people are staying there it makes it a bit hard when they want to leave/return at different times. There should be an extra set of keys.

Location was near to the convention and the host was great even though he did not know much of english to communicate. The agent Alex has been wonderful to manage everything and quick in response in whatever needs/help we required.

The appartment (Am Werhbuch 6) was 30 min walk from the fair grounds. The appartment was clean and we enjoyed the stay. WiFi was ok and doing some work remotely was fine.

Everything. Nice clean property in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Very friendly Alex and amiable landlady. Well furnished and excellently maintained. Hardly 10 minutes walk from Domotex fair. Thoroughly enjoyed and hopefully be back next year to the same apartment,if available. In a nutshell LOVELY!
