Las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento fueron extensas pero sencillas de entender (muy bien explicadas). Lo que màs me gustò fue el adecuado tamaño del apartamento y su funcionalidad, así como su ubicación (muy próxima a las estaciones y a buena distancia del centro), en un barrio muy tranquilo.

Se podría mejorar el colchón ya que tiende a hundirse por el centro.

Excellent location, nice kitchen with everything we needed, fairly comfortable bed in the bedroom.

The bed for the third person was just a cheap sofa, not very comfortable. But the worst thing was that the whole place smelled of smoke, including the sheets. We left the bedroom window open for two days, and there was still a strong smell of smoke. I called to complain to the host immediately, and he said he had smoked ONE cigarette in the flat while cleaning it. Officially, the flat is non-smoking, so the problem must be the owner.

Washing machine was broken. No dishwasher. Extremely limited crockery to cook with. Markers on dials on oven completely scrubbed off so no way of knowing what to set it to. Bathroom window broken. So very difficult to close once opened. Not clear that it's on street parking on a very busy road so very difficult to find a space.

Full Kitchen good to cook. Shower is fast and strong hot.

No wifi and internet access. Bedroom floor parket make noise when walking. Wet FL. when shower the partition is not good enough.

It was close to bus station

We had a hard time with the lock box we eventually got the key. We had no flexibility with check in not allowed to leave our luggage till we were given the code to get in.

I arrived a little earlier than check in time as the door code was already sent to me, but the cleaning ladies were very nice and allowed me to leave my backpack while they were finishing the cleaning. Great location near the bus and train stations and the camino trail, although a bit of a walk to get the cathedral area. The flat was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities! Felt so luxurious staying in all that space all by myself -- wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more! The host left welcome chocolates on the dining table. Kitchen was well stocked with tools and equipment. I also liked the fact that check in could be done electronically and with no person contact given the global COVID situation.

There was no wifi and washing machine, but this was not a huge problem for me as I was only staying for one night and I had my own mobile internet connection.

Great location, city center is reachable by foot. Groceries are nearby. Easy check-in and check-out.

Sadly, apartment is not clean. Most amenities missing (even the bath plug).

No Wi-Fi

Very close to the city historical center. The apartment was chilly, although outside were 36 deg and there was no AC. The access information was clear and parking was easy to find.

Very worn out and stained furniture/ floors/ towels. Incredibly noisy neighbors that prevented us from sleeping during the night. Uncomfortable strong perfume smell persisting in the entire flat (could not find the source).

I like it the apartment, is big, cute, with a lof of stuffs and looks new and comfortable and is nearby the center.

We missed some towels and the bed was making a lot of noise when we were turning. But was excellent I recommend it.

Nicely located flat with a full self-checkin and free parking in the street in front of the building (availability depends of the daytime). Perfect for 2 people!

The 3rd bed is just a foldable one and therefor not comfortable / just suitable for children. This should be added to the description. Except for that, no complaints!

The position was very good. Very close to train and bus stations. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was spacious. There was cooking oil, jam, coffee in the kitchen. Also detergent for the washing machine.

I don't think that there was wifi. The hot water was hit and miss. There was a washing machine and clothes line but no pegs.

the quality of the room was very good at that price.

No one met us at the check in. The room key provide at the safe box in front of the door. The direction to guide how to get the key was very difficult to understand. The lead us frustration.

It was clean, bed and sofa bed we ok to sleep on. Bathroom was presentable and kitchen was clean.

The property had no WIFI (I just expect all places now to have that), bath had no plug so it was unusable, and bin in the bathroom. The kitchen had no dishwasher as advertised and corkscrew was broken which we discovered after buying wine. Neighbours were very noisey from midnight to 3:30 Am so couldn’t get any decent sleep.

We had a rental car and also needed access to the train station. Parking was free just outside the apartment door, location is 5 min or l less to the station and the city center was a nice walk away. Perfect location.

Little to complain about. No great view available, but none was offered.
