Very happy with the property, it has everything you need of a comfortable stay and stunning views from the porch & conservatory

Vanessa property was very peaceful. It had the most beautiful garden, with a lovely conservatory. Just a short stroll to town. Vanessa was a lovely, helpful woman

We had a very warm Welcome 100% privet, Beautiful view warm and cosy. Everything you need

There was nothing missing. Utilities complete. Bed comfortable. Sofa bed in lounge was great. We were fortunate.. showers of shooting stars fell across the sky fir 4 night visit 1st week January many colours. The apartment is 10 minute walk to town , the town has no franchise of clothes stores or coffee bars or cafes fantastic food. The host provided ground coffee and teas. Excellent holiday

Private and spacious rooms, beautiful conservatory with stunning views. Ten minutes walk to town. Wonderful to have a washing machine. Friendly hosts, picked us up from the station and dropped us off at the airport for a small charge.

The photographs in the listing didn't do this property justice, it was so homely, clean and welcoming. Sure the steps up to the property tried my knees but it was worth it for such a magnificent view I would definitely book again. A gorgeous retreat away from the messed up world we live in.

Wonderful, peaceful, fully equipped self catering flat with stunning views and would recommend you take binoculars to take full advantage of the view. Highly recommend a stay at The flying dragons nest, can’t fault it.

It’s just a shame that we only had 2 nights at the Flying Dragon’s Nest. It’s so central to numerous places. Clean and well equipped, the view of the countryside and garden can be admired from the inside as well as outside. Very comfortable bed with crisp white linens. Vanessa answered any questions I had before arrival promptly. I would recommend spending a relaxing break here.

Vanessa was a wonderful host. There to greet us and show us what’s what!!! So cosy and warm. Perfect location. Highly recommend.

Communication with Vanessa was excellent, considering that I was unable to arrive at the expected time. Vanessa was easy to contact. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and very conveniently located for the town. I would have no hesitation staying again

If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Glastonbury with a short, pretty walk into town, this is the place! Loved the elevated view and the amazing landscaping. Vanessa was engaged and pleasant and made sure the futon was set up as a bed for a second guest when we arrived. The stairs to and from the “nest” are not for the faint of heart, though. Don’t overpack! Nice large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Adorable kitchen. Cozy, very small bedroom but the bedding and mattress were lovely. Enthusiastically recommend this place!

We had a perfect 4 night stay at the Flying Dragon's Nest. Ideal location. Owners strike the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Lovely furnishings with very comfortable bed. So cosy and warm to return to after a cold November day exploring Glastonbury and further afield. Would stay again if we come back to this area.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was perfect. The on street parking behind was ample and safe, we left our car there and walked everywhere as it is only a 5 minute walk to the high street, and 30 to the Tor. We were treated to an incredible sunset. The place is clean and a lovely space with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment, very clean, beautiful garden. Amazing location, only 5 minute walk from the high street. We never got in the car after arriving and was able to do everything we wanted from this location. The owner is a lovely lady who was very helpful. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

fab Apartment with great character , everything you need and more hosts have thought of everything , comfy , clean and full of charm , 5 mins walk to Town , parked car and never used it again till we left , so relaxing with lovely views , make sure you take in a sunset , stunning !! We loved staying at the Flying Dragon’s Nest. Vanessa and her husband were very welcoming and accommodating, and the flat itself was very charming and comfortable, with amazing views of the Somerset Levels. It was also very handy being just a 5-10 minute walk into Glastonbury (close to lots of nice eateries offering vegan options for us). We would definitely stay here again - although the steps may be a bit of a challenge when our seven month old baby starts crawling, but the flat and its beautiful gardens would be perfect for a couple’s weekend away or for families with older children (who won’t be keen to crawl down the steps!).

There were just the two of us and the venue was perfect. Very clean and private, everything you would want for self catering - not that we did much catering as the Glastonbury restaurants are very good. Things to note though, there are quite a few steps down to the property. Most Glastonbury restaurants close early evening or late afternoon, there are a few that stay open, mainly pubs and Indian restaurants.

We’ll equipped apartment in great location to explore the Somerset region. Accommodating hosts, wonderful conservatory, large bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable.

Our experince at The Flying Dragon's Nest was fantastic! The apartment is very, very, clean, tastefully furnished and extermely comfortable. Flowers everywhere in the beautiful outdoor garden, perfect for enjoying the sunset and early morning bird-watching. Inside the artium/patio, which is spacious and comfortable in cold or warm weather, the geraniums are beyond magnificent, providing a delicate perfume. Great for eating meals at the ample table or just relaxing in the big comfortable chairs. The apartment is well-stocked with everything one could possibly need. Beds are really comfortable and great shower in large bathroom. Kitchen with large frig and lovely views to the gardens. The entire apartment has great natural light and a spacious and warm ambient. The owners, Vanessa and Renchi are charming, extremely helpful and very kind. We felt like we were staying with friends.The apartment is very private, quiet and peaceful. Short 5-minute walk to Glastonbury High Street and all of the shops, restaurants, grocery stores and highlights of Glastonbury are easily reached on foot. We will return and we would not stay anywhere else after our lovely experience at The Flying Dragon's Nest! Thank you Vanessa and Renchi!

We stayed here last month so that we could attend a workshop at the Avalon Rooms in Glastonbury, our stay was perfect! The apartment had everything we needed to make it a home from home. It was only a ten minute walk to where we had to go each day, which meant a quick run home at lunchtime was easy to do. Be warned, it has steep steps so is not for the unfit, luckily we had been improving our fitness so enjoyed the challenge. The views made it all worthwhile! I would stay here again! Vanessa and Renchy were the best hosts, we didn't have a car and Renchy picked us up at the bus stop! The house is up on a hill with fantastic views. I loved The solarium and wish I would have had more time to use it. I started each day in it with a cup of coffee and ended the day with a glass of wine just enjoying the view. Everything was super clean, the bed comfortable, and it is an easy walk downtown (but it is uphill on the way back). I highly recommend this property!

Very sweet little flat. We were very comfortable and loved watching the sunset and sunrise over Glastonbury. The town and the tor were so close that we didn't need to drive. The owners were lovely and we will certainly book again when we next plan a visit to the area.
