The apartment was completely new and clean.

We booked a double room. Instead we were placed in one room, where was 1 bed and one couch. For 4 people not enough. We got funny 100 UAH discount. So do not expect, that you will get what you paid for.

Everything is very good. Square of all flat is awesome big, 2 rooms ;) . Absolutely new all devices, and good quality things is well.

To strange have 2 kingsize bad for 4 persons but don’t have 4 chairs and 4 cup also.

The apartment is very cozy and clean, it is located near the city center.

The communication with the owner of the apartment (or I don't know if a girl who made check-in is the owner) was very poor and terrible, we had to wait for a long time for responses. And she doesn't speak English. Moreover, we had a trouble with a wifi connection, we stayed in apartment for 3 days and wifi didn't work all the time. We asked for repair wifi connection and nothing happened. A girl didn't communicate with us anymore.
