I liked the fact that a good quality restaurant and bar were on-site. You didn't have to leave if you didn't want to however if you wanted to it was an easy walk to great food and drinks.and the riverwalk was a nice, peaceful plus. I also liked the communication via text, professional and helpful staff - kudos to Nathaniel who checked us in.

The only issue was that at the time we went to the pool it was really full of what looked like black tree residue. It was really yucky looking and stopped us from getting in. It was cleaned by the next morning however.

The bathroom shower could have been cleaner. There was hair on the shower tiles on the walls.

The location was nice and in a safe area. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. The coffee was also very good.

I liked the location and serenity, nature outside of the hotel. The Ball Park and restaurants were convenient.

The uncontrollable noise from the Basketball players (loud talking, cursing, bouncing basketball) until the wee hours (2/3 am) in the morning.

Breakfast was good, but restaurant was closed for dinner the night before.

Not a great value for the money. Room started out to be $166, by the time they added on all the extra fees, charged for parking, etc it was $220. Paid extra for a “Riverview” room, which was an immediate view of a bunch of rooftop air conditioners with the river waaayyyy off in the distance. Don’t be duped into paying extra for a Riverview room. Bathroom had an automatic light that comes on when you enter (that cannot be turned off), so when you wake at 3am to go to the bathroom, you immediately get blinded by a very bright full illumination light; not a pleasant experience. There was no microwave in the room, and the refrigerator had no freezer compartment, so no place to chill freezer packs for traveling the next day. Location was close to the river, so that was nice, but nothing was open; even the restaurant on the premises was closed. The pool was one of the main reasons we selected this location, but it was small (only 3.5’ at the deepest point) and murky, and was not open at all the morning of departure. Front desk staff seemed irritated and kept rolling her eyes at everything (Shaunderria?). Definitely don’t recommend.

The rude uncaring staff and the uncleaned room. I have a disability and requested a handicapped accessible room/bathroom and this was not honored until our 2nd day there due to the assigned room being unclean with towels and wine glasses everywhere.

The location appeared safe and convenient to restaurants and entertainment.

Although the room was nice overall, I could tell that either the floor in my room had not been vacuumed or the vacuum cleaner was not working properly. I did not like having to pick up specks of things on the carpet. Also, I was looking forward to utilizing my sofa since I had a guest coming by. However, there was a considerable amount of dust that I wiped off of it with a wet wipe. Not what I expected for this fairly new and reputable property. I ended up electing to not sit on it as a result. There where also questionable droplets on the bathroom wall that I was not all that pleased to see. But, my bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and stocked with appropriate traveling essentials.

Location is awesome here, everything was perfect to park and stay at the hotel while enjoying hot spots to visit in walking distance…..

Parking Garage and paying for parking, we couldn’t get in the parking garage one night and had to pay for parking in another spot … they need to leave open spaces for hotel guest.

services offered did not reflect a 4 star hotel. no in room service, no concierge to move luggage, bars unopened virtually our whole stay. extremely poor and disappointing value for money at$300 per night!!

at check out a lot of hidden fees & taxes etc. etc. I was not informed of!!!! also $75 for a dog stay plus tax came to $81.50 these are bad times for all your timing is off???

heavy traffic area, congested checking in, had to park across the street in the parking garage but couldn’t get access into the hotel through the side door near the parking garage so we had to walk all the way around to the Front
