It was amazing 10/10 stay. The whole team was extremely friendly, warm , inviting and flexible to look after all our needs. Jacquie has you sorted and prepared for the holiday with all the arrival arrangements and responds super fast via email. Lily the chef and host was so easy to communicate with and a lovely person who helped organise our daily meals, trips and massages. Very talented chef and team of staff who made great Thai or western food. Her noodle soups/pad see ew/papaya salad/ tom yum/pancakes were super delicious. She was super flexible to our meals in terms of when we wanted to eat how many of us were eating at which parts of the day and always offered great recommendations for what to do with food and day trips. We also got daily massages organised by her. The rooms are huge and all have airconditioning. We also managed to ask to turn the living room into a bedroom so we got an extra room to work with. villa is clean and everything was working perfectly. Pool is super clean and relaxing to chill at all day. Speakers are everywhere to connect your phone to. There is also a villa mart you can order groceries online or get driven to by the private driver to get snacks or drinks. And if youre worried about getting sick don't be because none of us in the group were sick with any of the food or drinks at the villa everything is freshly prepared and sourced. It was a holiday to remember for sure as we alll celebrated various things in that one place as a group of friends from all around the world.

Lily and the staff were part of our family for our stay, nothing was impossible, nothing was ever missed, truely the best serviced home. Villa Sanyanga was everything we expected it to be and more. This was a holiday we had cancelled twice due to COVID, so had waited two years to stay at the villa. From the moment we arrived, Lily, Rose, Luna and Geoffrey looked after us so well in so many ways. Lily is a wonderful chef and gave us so much help during our stay to make it a great holiday for the 11 family members. We had two children under two years of age with us and there were excellent play facilities for them. All of the bedrooms were spacious and provided plenty of storage for our clothes. Each had its own bathroom too. The lounge area and sala were ideal for spending time relaxing with the pool being perfect in size. The food that Lily cooked for us was so good that during our 9 night stay, there was no need for us to eat out. It is difficult to find any negatives about the villa and it’s staff, so would highly recommend the villa to any family or group.. We were also helped greatly by Jacquie the owner in respect of planning our visit, who was so easy to deal with. Definitely 5 stars all round!,

I came for a bachelorette party with 7 girls. Property was even bigger than expected. The rooms were generous, and it was perfect that we each had our space but also so many common areas to be together. The food was so good and plentiful by Chef Lily we stopped eating out entirely. She gave us her cell so we could text her when we were on our way home from the beach and she would whip something up for us. All our requests were met, we asked for healthy, lots of veggies, and variety and she came thru. I'm a picky eater and her food was very clean, not greasy, super fresh. I loved everything she made. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job keeping the property clean. Always fresh towels available and restocked by the pool every morning. It was incredibly convenient having a driver. Saved us the trouble from haggling with taxi/tuk tuk drivers. The location is great in relation to the island of Phuket because its central to getting around if you plan to explore the island. The beach is walking distance but there are better beaches 10 min drive away and the hill the villa is set on (need to be on a hill for view ;) )is very steep to walk even for us young, fit, girls. BUT since we had a driver, we just had him take us to Kamala and other nearby beaches instead. Was much easier. He would come pick us up and take us home when we texted him. He was always on time and the minivan was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect :) Oh and the Villa Host, Jacquie, was the most helpful host I have ever encountered during my travels. Travelling during COVID is challenging and she made the process very smooth :)

Villa Sanyanga itself is beautiful and the staff are great. However, unbeknown to us at the time of booking Villa Sanyanga is c.30m away from a huge building site of multi-storey condominiums. The construction noise (power tools, diggers, trucks, shouting) continues from sunrise to sunset 7 days per week. This made our stay almost unbearable.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. The villa was breathtaking and amazing. The views were spectacular, the rooms were huge! Ms Jacquie was so thorough and answered all of my many questions prior to arrival. The staff was everything we could have asked for in a staff. Ms Jone was always there to drive Us to and from anywhere we asked of her. She she even went out at midnight to pick us up from the airport. And last but not least, Ms Lily...... I was so sad to leave bc I will likely never see her again. Not only were all her meals delicious but she was a God sent angel. She even took the time to teach me how to make some of the meals she prepared throughout our week stay. I will never forget her and will cherish all of the memories. I now have a picture of the two of us in my office back in Louisiana. Thank you ma’am jacquie and mr richard for allowing us to have this experience.

We had a party of nine adults, two teenagers and four young children. Lily is a gem. A wonderful cook and hostess. Jon was a knowledgable and friendly driver. Jeffrey was great in providing cocktails. The house staff were great. Very happy with the house and really appreciated the stunning outlook. The major construction commencing next door could be a negative to the amenity while underway. While we left a generous tip I would mention that there is not a vigorous tipping culture in Australia and we would have been more comfortable feeling that the staff were well paid and not being told that tipping was expected.

We stayed for 7 nights (5 adults / 5 kids). Spectacular property with very spacious bedrooms / bathrooms / dressing areas etc (too big for our group !). Pool area and views are fantastic and living / kitchen areas also very high quality. The staff are incredibly helpful and having a cook of Lily's quality is a real bonus, The access to a minibus was also great (and necessary given the how high up the property is !). No downsides, other than worth being aware that there isn't really much within walking distance due to the walk back up the hill, however I think this probably applies to the vast majority of the rental properties in the area and is largely mitigated by the transport provided..

The pictures are just a glance into the true beauty of this property. The staff is unmatched. Lily arranged for us to have Thai massages at our request, which was everyday for 15 women. The food was perfect, we ate out maybe once. Joan made sure we got to see the sights and took us wherever we asked. Over all, the best birthday celebration I’ve ever had.

First time visitor to Phuket Thailand and my experience at Villa Sanyanga was outstanding. The amenities at the Villa were as advertised and exceptional. The staff at the Villa were pleasant, attentive and responsive to all of our requests. The manager (Lily) made you feel like family and at home at Villa Sanyanga. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a first class experience.

I often wonder if the pictures on the website is how it really looks in real life, quite often you get to a place and are disappointed. I can confirm that the pictures as exactly what it is like, in fact, they don't really do the place justice. The best part is not the villa but the staff, they treat you like royalty and will make sure the only finger you need to life is the ones around your wine glass. Can't recommend this place (or the staff) enough.

Having read other guests' reviews we were confident that we would have a great holiday in the house, but what we failed to appreciate was just how amazing the staff were. The food created by Lily was better than any restaurant we had been to in Thailand! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who did everything to ensure we had a brilliant holiday.

From my initial communication with Jacquille my experience was first class. We travel internationally multiple times a year and Sanyanga was Amazing from our pick up from the airport by Joan to our departure. Lily is the BEST!!! The house is great and the staff is what makes this a class act. We were treated like royalty. We had the opportunity to use the Yacht and it was a trip of a lifetime. Again the staff is first class and attends to your every need. We hope to come back to Phuket specifically to spend time with Lily and the staff and enjoy a relaxing holiday. She gave us many cooking lessons and we never went out to eat as we LOVED our daily prepared meals. Thank you for the opportunity. EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY.

Our party was made up of 18 people, flying in from Australia and England for special reunion birthday. Even before we arrived, we were so excited about our stay at Villa Sanyanga. We had all read the reviews - all excellent - and seen the amazing photos. But when we arrived we were still taken aback by the villa's thoughtful design and high end luxury, as well as its surrounding beauty. So much thought has gone in to the design of the villa which meant that 18 of us, with an age range from 60 years to 15 months, could enjoy so many aspects of it. With the morning view out to sea for breakfast, the beautiful coastal view in the other direction from the bathrooms to the amazing sunset view every single night from the sala. This villa captured it all. The staff in the villa were nothing short of amazing. The food cooked by Lily is the best Thai food I've eaten by far. You will NOT be needing to go out for restaurant food, Lily will cook you anything you want. She can take orders or surprise you with her fantastic dishes. She has very good English and was a great help when we needed anything else sorted. Between her and Jone, the driver, there was nothing that we couldn't do or get our hands on. But the villa was so lovely, we didn't have too much of desire to leave and do too many outings! Nevertheless, Jone was there to run us about if we wanted and she always did so with a smile. The sleeping accommodation is wonderful. Each room feeling spacious, far enough away form the other rooms to give privacy and maintaining luxury all the way through. With maids to tidy the room and take away any dirty washing, we really didn't have to lift a finger at all. We had a wonderful family holiday and I would 100% return again for another holiday.

I brought a photo and video crew from the US for a 10 day 'work plus' production to Phuket. We stayed at Villa Sanyanga and through their love and care we all had one of the greatest experiences of our collective lives. The chef and manager Lili is a gourmet chef and believe me that is an understatement. My brother-in-law lives in Bangkok and joined us at the villa, he assured me that there is no better Thai food in Thailand than what comes from Lily's kitchen. Every meal was spectacular and when asked Lili was happy to give us a cooking class (for 15 people!) so we could learn to cook our favorite dishes. She is a treasure and will be a very big reason why I return to Phuket. Her staff is fantastic and catered to our every need and ours were a bit more than the average travelers but that didn't phase them one bit. The driver Jone is a wonderful human being and tolerated our constant requests, we literally saw 80% of the island in Jone's van and she never lost her big smile. She helped my whole team feel safe and welcomed every time she opened the door. As for the Villa itself, you have to see it to believe it. The photos are gorgeous but can not do it justice. To walk out of one of the gorgeous, separate locking entrances to the common dining room, every day...and see that gorgeous view was awe inspiring every single day. The suites are all gorgeous, the villa layout is perfect and the common areas are warm and inviting. We Also chartered a boat from the Villa, a celebration of sorts for 20,people and none of us could believe how amazing it was. The crew plotted an amazing day for us including a fabulous clear water snorkeling spot, a gourmet lunch aboard this stunning power catamaran and then a breathtaking cruise to a unique little bar...on a rock..in the middle of the Andaman Sea. It all sounds to good to be true...and that's exactly what we thought as we enjoyed this life changing experience. If you are planning to visit Phuket, if you're thinking about it, think no further. Gather your friends, buy your tickets and stay at Villa Sanyanga. I've never experienced it's equal and I will be back for more because of it. I'm only on the plane back now and I miss it...and especially Lili already.

This was amazing! We are a family of ten with 8 kids ranging from two college students down to a kid who had just finished kindergarten. We read the awesome reviews. I am happy to say that the great reviews were spot-on. What an incredible experience. I am not even sure where to start. Let me start with the home itself. It is a great location. You seem to have the ability to look out one side of the home and see an unbelievably beautiful view. Then you turn the corner and look out a different way and see something at least as beautiful. The rooms are fantastic. The setup is even better. The home has everything. There is an entire large room to "chill out" and watch TV. There are outdoor tables. There is a large indoor, dining room type table. There are other tables for enjoying a BBQ meal while looking down on the beach. There is a beautiful pool that is part of the home so kids or others can go swimming and still be a part of the discussion that is going on. There is a bar downstairs (although we did not use it) in one of the rooms and simply an incredible setup for any large group. Incredible layout. The truth is that the location and the layout of the home is not even the best part. The best part is the team. Lily is the cook and seems to run the team of four that is around the house. Her food was fantastic. Her personality was even better. We have never had better service anywhere in our lives. Whatever we needed or wanted was made. We are poor planners and changed our plans every day . . . or sometimes a few times a day. This team simply adjusted with a smile on their faces and made it happen. (One time we told them we would be gone all day and would not want dinner until late. I called mid-day and asked if they could throw together lunch for 10 with about an hour's notice. When we arrived there was a fantastic, made-to-order check prepared lunch. I do not even know how they pulled that off!) In fact, Lily gave "cooking classes" to some our younger kids on 3 different days. Cooking and spending time with Lily became a highlight for some of my kids. And then there is Jone. Jone is a driver that seems to know everywhere we wanted to go and was always ready for us. Having a personal driver always available made everything better. I am not sure what it is like to be royalty but I suspect it is like spending a week at Villa Sanyanga. Thank you to Lily, Jone, and the entire staff.

Well we had an amazing time in the Villa Sanyanga and the reason being was that we were soooooo well cared for. Not a thing to think about or a task to undertake. We all acknowledged the wonderful team and give thanks to them all anticipating our every need. Because of the care given to every detail, we were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company as a family and create some very special memories. So a big thankyou to everyone involved.

We stayed for seven nights in in Villa Sanyanga and every single minute was great! The villa ist by far better than it appears on the website and the staff is outstanding. Lili prepared excellent dishes, always considering the wishes from us. Every meal was an event for our palate. There is no single point we could criticize: everyone was helpful and reliable in an unusal way: When you tell Lili to prepare the meal for 6pm, the mal was ready at 6pm! Always! And exactly at 6pm! Jone is a careful and safe driver who made anything possible we had liked to see and the staff kept EVERYTHING clean - included our clothes. We arrived with a suitcase full of fresh clothes - and so did we leave. We lucky ones: no laundry to make at home. But the best of all: the view from the terrace!!! Bang Tao Bay in front of us and a great view over the Andaman Sea to the left. The house surrounded by palms and trees that you get the impression of being in a small rainforest. In short words: it was fantastic! The best accommodation I've ever been in (and I've been in many!).

A very well appointed villa with very helpful and friendly staff to make life so easy. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, Lily does a wonderful job in the kitchen. Being up a steep hill, hence great views, having a driver, Jone, and vehicle to get you around is a joy. Very little incentive to go to the beach when you stay by the pool. The owners are very helpful and efficient.

This villa is the ultimate in luxury, privacy and comfort. I absolutely enjoyed our stay and almost did not want to go home. The villa is exquisitely designed and furnished, very well-kept and clean. The views are to die for especially from the infinity pool overlooking the bay and the staff were great. I already miss the magic of this place and feel that our stay was way too short. I've stayed in many different luxury villas but this one is my favorite! I love how the entire villa blends modern simplicity and clean lines with traditional touches. It was like being in paradise with its picturesque and verdant landscape.

Our group with 18 from Hong Kong (15 adults, 2 childred and 1 baby), we were really enjoy the stay in Sanyanga Villa , like our home. The villa is big and clean, we can relax and we can do what we want in villa. We like to sit at the "al fresco" after dinner, we can enjoy the seaview over there with soft windy. Lily and her teammates did very good job to take care our group, cooked the meal as our requests. And Jone also helpful to take us to the place where we want and can wait until we finish the sight seeing or shopping. I will recommend my friends to stay this villa if who will travel Phuket. ^o^

I wish to thank the entire staff at Villa Sanyanga for the joyful vacation memories. Three generations of our family, from my 80 year old dad to my 2 year old nephew, will always treasure the time we spent together in Villa Sanyanga. Special thanks to Lily for staying overnight at the Villa at our request and tirelessly took care of all our needs at the Villa. She expertly created menus that met the diverse taste of our group. Every meal at the Villa was a feast that the entire group looked forward to! I would be remiss if I did not mention Jon, who worked overtime to ferry us safely and smoothly all over Phuket in the comfortable 14 passenger van. She was our wikipedia on where to go and what to see in Phuket - from excellent recommendations on elephant trekking tours to securing choice seats for the Fantasea show. My 4 year old niece keeps telling me after our vacation that she wants to return to Villa Sanyanga because she misses Auntie Lily and Auntie Jon very very very much! I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Sanyanga and its wonderful staff to all everyone.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sanyanga. We only wished we could of stayed longer! We are actually in the process of booking our next stay there. It was such a lovely villa - thoughtfully equiped with everything for a personable stay but run with services better than a hotel. The rooms were huge and well spread out. It felt comfortable staying there with our group of friends with young children as everyone had plenty of space and we did not disturb one another during rest times etc. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and very helpful. Lily the chef there is amazing. Each night she prepared fresh delicious meals for all the adults and kids. She also went to the markets every morning to purchase the fresh produce so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Jone drove us around every day wherever we wanted to go and was very cautious especially when we had the young children on board which we really appreciated. We would like to thank everyone at Villa Sanyanga. We hope to see you all again very soon.

Villa Sanyanga is amazing. We just had 9 people stay for 6 nights and it was WAY too short. Luxury does not do it justice, and sitting back in the infinity pool overlooking the sunset on the Andaman Sea is a must do activity. Tongpoon, our driver, picked us up from the airport and drove us around the town, ever so gratious and kind. Lilly, the villa manager and chef looked after us and fed us the most fantastic food and of course, Nang and Mon doing the unbearable task of cleaning up after us will be ever appreciated. If you can, take the 70" catamaran out. A simply amazing vessel! I cannot recommend this place enough, we will be returning annually!

The holiday was fantastic because of staying at Villa Sanyanga. It caused us still keeping the holiday mood even we get back to the busy life. Lily and her colleagues were very kind and nice that made us have a wonderful experience during the staying. Our stay in your villa was fastastic. All 19 of us were awed by the huge and beautiful villa, with the delightful scenery as well. As Lily was away, we were well attended to by Su & Lek, and Thongpoon brought us around with no fuss at all. The yacht day trip was very nice as well, with all the facilities on board plus the superb meals too. Our stay was perfect. The trip to the beach was near, food was heavenly, villa facilities was superb, transportation was a breeze. The whole group had been talking to friends and relatives about Villa Sanyanga and Yacht Shangani, plus putting up the photos on Facebook, so you can be assured of more customers by our recommendations!

Our recent stay at the villa completely exceeded our expectations. The booking process was straight forward as Jacquie always responded promptly to all our queries which made it easy when you are trying to get 4 families from different countries. Once we arrived, Lily and her team greeted us with fresh coconut juice followed by a beautiful lunch by the pool. Lily was so accommodating and catered to all our needs throughout our stay. We were there for 10days but hardy ate out or had the same dish twice! Her carrot cake is a must when you stay at the villa - we ordered it twice and never lasted long! Thank you Lily, Jacquie and the team for an amazing holiday. The villa is highly recommended!

I've been to some other villas in Phuket and other places but this one takes the cake! Imagine that we never ONCE ate outside - food was delicious, simple and excellent prepared by Lily and her helpers. We had Thai food the whole time! Fresh local fruits at every meal. Imagine to our suprise for a 'snack' on the day of our arrival, Lily made crab dipped in Thai chilli sauce, durian, mangosteens, mango with sticky rice! Lily also accompanied us to buy some local salted fish, body products & even to Patong. We had luxurious massages & other treatments at the villa. The sound system around the villa was great - and added to the atmosphere of the villa. The cruise was the highlight - what an experience! Although we made it to only one island as we started at about 3pm - we had a great BBQ and light snack on board, relaxed, danced, swam and chatted. It was really something to show our families. A few of us are already organising a return to the Villa with our respective families. So, don't be suprised if we contact you again;) Many thanks for a memorable 40th Birthday celebration!

15 of us consisting of 10 adults and 5 young kids have just returned from our stay at Villa Sanyanga in Surin, Phuket. The villa itself is kept in top condition but the villa manager, Lily and her team were the key to the excellent experience we have had. Lily is such a wonderful lady. She arranged everything for us, from golf tee times to on site massages etc... Everything was taken care of and all we had to do was to enjoy our vacation! What more can you ask for? Lily is also a great cook. All we had to do was to tell her what we would like to eat and at what time, and the meal will be on the table waiting for us. Her cooking is so good that we ended up eating in every evening during our stay at the villa. It was also a perfect arrangement as we had so many young kids travelling with us that they could go to bed pretty soon after dinner was over. All we paid was the cost of buying the food from the market, you can imagine how much savings that is over prices at restaurants for tourists! The use of the 15 seats minibus was such a perk. Tongpoon, the driver, took us everywhere we wanted to go. Although he doesn't speak much English, communicating with him about when and where to pick up was of no issue and he is a very friendly person. We only had to pay for the cost of fuel that we used. I actually offered to pay cash to Lily the cost of a tank of fuel but she was very insistence of us paying at the pump on our way to the airport which would reflect our actual usage! (much less than the cost of a tank) The purpose of our trip was one of family reunion. Siblings from Hong Kong, USA and Canada all met up in Phuket and Villa Sanyanga together with Lily and her team have definitely made our trip a happy and successful one. We will hope to do it again at the same villa in future years to come. Thanks again Lily and team.

Our recent stay at Villa Sanyanga was tremendously fantastic. The entire villa was kept in tip top condition, neat & clean and not forgetting Lily and her team for taking such good care of our meals, catering to every little needs/requests from everyone of us. The birthday cake which was specially baked for my boy by Lily is good and tasty, and he had a huge surprise seeing the decorations for his birthday party after we were back from the town. Once again, thumbs up to the Villa and Lily and her team for making a memorable stay for my family and I. We will not hesitate to plan a return trip in time to come.
