Furnished satisfactorily. Familiar with The Pines since we have owned their many years. The location is good to explore Pagosa Springs. Has nice grounds to walk you dog.

There is deferred maintenance and repair required to the unit. Carpets not clean or need replacing, blinds in upstairs BR broker, some towels need to be replaced.

Maintenance issues with unit that were reported to mgmt. No hot water on 2nd floor and little drainage on 2nd floor tub.

The home was spacious and clean. It was equipped with much better than average cooking and dining equipment.

The single beds in the 3rd bedroom were not very comfortable, but they were functional and the room itself was very nice as it even had a nice TV that was internet enabled.

Location was good, good neighbors not to farm from grocery store and convenience stores

There was not nothing to do there was plenty to do. And very nice scenery of the mountain.

It’s clean and comfortable! Located inside perfect location to get to all of our favorite activities in minutes. Water pressure and shower after hiking was perfect!

I would only recommend replacing all of the carpet with the laminate flooring.

Some things not in working order. Bedroom light and fan didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t cool properly. A/C filter completely clogged up. Light bulbs out in kitchen. Maintenance man super.

1. The hot water system can not supply the condo capacity 8 guest. Every evening, the hot water only support 3 guests for shower. Then we will wait one hour to get hot water for next corhot of 3, then another 1 hour and 30mins wait. I normally the last one to take shower, it was 12:0am-1:00am every day. Too frustrated, the hot water system really need an upgrade! 2. The internet not work sometime.
