The washing machines are coin operated only. The other Marriott Bonvoy locations we’ve stayed at utilize CSC GO with payment being via the app. There was no way for the desk to bill my room an exchange for coins.

It was clean big and friendly! We both loved it . I feel it’s a little pricey. But it was do able for 1 night. Couldn’t afford more than one. Sorry about that but I don’t get it why everyone has to be so greedy and charge outrageous prices . But it was nice.

I was very impressed from checking in and all the way to check out. I asked for extra sheets and towels from the front desk and they promptly got those items for me and the tv remote needed new batteries and the front desk got us a whole new remote. I am in a wheelchair and they made sure I had a room close to the lobby and helped me several times getting my stuff in my room and made sure I could access easily. We had two wonderful days at this hotel
I did call again for extra towels and sheets on the second night and I called the front desk and was told I needed to come to the front desk to get them. As I said I am in a wheelchair and I had trouble opening and closing my room door and I was told that the reason she couldn’t get them to me was because she was working by herself and couldn’t leave the desk. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the desk and when I arrived she wasn’t at the front desk. She was in the back and there was now a second employee at the lobby

The room was clean and spacious. The clerk was friendly and helpful upon arrival. There was an issue checking in, even though I had made and paid for a reservation through booking.com. The reservation could not be found? The location was close to a casino, shopping center and restaurants, which was a bonus.
The check in process. I paid for a room through booking.com my reservation could not be found. So I paid for another room not knowing I would be charged again. It was an inconvenience to get the situation cleared up and having all of the pending transactions on my credit card.

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, ALEX WAS PATIENT, BECCA WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SELA WAS UNDERSTANDING. COULD'T ASK FOR A MORE EXCEPTIONAL STAFF WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

we’re from california so maybe things are just more expensive here than in Reno. For around $600 (2 nights) we got an entire studio, free breakfast and a snow storm
our room smelled like coffee so it just felt like someone was in there like 10 mins before us but everything was fine.

Sella in front desk was very kind, friendly and helped us a lot, patiently explained the benefit of being a member and also helped me with registration. I definitely come back for another vacation with my family to this place, very good hot breakfast and hotel is very nice luxurious and clean. Thank you guys!

An absolutely fantastic hotel. We stayed at King studio with sofa bed. It was very clean, modern, comfortable and nice.

The breakfast buffet was well done and varied. Each AM had a few different offerings from the day before. Everything was kept at proper temperature and serving area was kept clean. Nice & courteous staff.
Wallpaper in bathroom had blotches all over it. Desk staff said they had been told the glue had leached through & each bathroom was being redone as occupancy allowed.

We love the easy access to everything that the hotel is in, Front desk Sally was very nice, we were there on a very busy weekend and hotel is filled up where our room was it was right next to the stairs so it was terrible here in people up and down all night long and doors slamming
We are Sally if we can change the rooms but the hotel is completely failed which was fine because she did try
Next time I will definitely ask for a room with a view of the lake for that kind of money we should have something nice I’m relaxing instead of hearing doors and people running up and downstairs all day and all night other than that the hotel was great the breakfast staff were very kind and assisting everyone
We stayed a total of five nights which was close to $1500
Like I said I’m just trying to give a review so people don’t get the same room that we had make sure you asked for a room not by the staircase and you will absolutely enjoy your stay other than that it was wonderful
The noise level there are a lot of workers that were staying at the hotel and we’re constantly going up and down the stairs all times of the day and all times of the night it was very annoying and very hard to relax
But like I said it was a busy weekend with hot August nights
And if I can get my husband to give it another chance I will definitely ask for a room with a view
The cleaning staff was great I didn’t get a whole Lotta sleep at night and was very annoyed and didn’t want anyone in my room to clean anything so when they came by I just asked for what I needed and they are very accommodating and kind
