I really loved the layout. It was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely rent again.

Great location, quiet, prefect size for our family. The yard was big enough for the kids to play. There was a small playground close by for the kids to use. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for the week. Short drive to town and close to national park. Our only complaint were that the beds (queen) were very uncomfortable. The bunkbeds we're fine for the kids. Over all we loved the place and will definitely book again.

This was a nice stay for our family of 8. Plenty of room and the layout of the house was great. Everything was clean and its was conviently located to Bryson City.

We enjoyed every minute of our staying. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. Close to Tennessee, so we jumped the mountain and visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was a great experience. Very clean and comfortable cabin. We will definitely come back .

The house was clean and in a great location!
Only issue we had was the fireplace didn't work the first night. We called the property manager and they sent someone right over Saturday morning and fixed it!

Nice cabin. Love the large table and open living room. Bedrooms are good size. The twin size mattress are very comfortable. The queen size beds could use new mattresses. Loved the large front, covered porch. Plenty of seating.

Enjoyed the week with my sons and their wives along with my grandkids. Picture of property would lead you to believe it was in a secluded area. Cabin was surrounded by other cabins and homes. There were two water leaks under the house that my son found when checking the hot water heater. They were repaired but seems the owner would have thanked us for notifying him and saving him from a larger repair project cause it appears it had been leaking for a while.

Property was nice but the picture of property made us believe it was more secluded. There were a couple of leaks under the cabin causing a shortness of hot water. It was repaired quickly once we notified the property manager. Appeared the leak was a problem before we arrived and would have caused a greater amount of damage if we had not notified you. Seems like someone would have at least said thanks. Also the coffee maker was damaged and water leaked from it as well. Other than those problems it was an enjoyable experience. Would stay there again if we were looking to travel back to the area again

Very nice spacious house. Love the layout the only thing that would be extra nice is a hndicap ramp, but I knew it did not offer one just a suggestion. Nice beds. And pet friendly which is a must for me. LOVED IT AND WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin, especially loved the layout inside. The room with the 4 single beds was perfect because we had teenage boys.Loved the front porch.Location was great was great! Suggestions for up grade, The outside grill needs to replaced and a dream come true would be an outside kennel for the dog. Didn’t find out until we got there that dogs are not allowed on the trails.

This home had great room sizes. The bunk bed room was awesome for our 4 children to stay in. The large kitchen table gave us a great family feeling. Some small broken items throughout the house but didn’t effect our stay.

The cabin is very spacious and was easy to find. It was in a quiet area and we really enjoyed our stay. The drive time was longer than we planned from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but the drive through the Great Smokey Mountains made it worth it!

Frankly we were quiet disappointed. With a lot of things and especially the company's responses to our complains. We drove up all the way from Orlando to experience a nice cozy cabin with a fireplace to add to the Christmas experience. There were many things that were not up to part but what made it the worse was when the fireplace stopped working on the third day of our stay. During very low temperatures making the bedrooms in one side of the house very cold. I kept calling back and getting the run around and saying that someone would be out that day. I was told this every time I called. Turns out that on Christmas eve I got ahold of someone in the after hours number. Who told me that they had ran out of propane and were not going to be able to get any before the holiday or us checking out. At this point we were highly upset. I had been lied to every time I called and was told some would be coming out at the end of the day. I complained to the after hour service who stated that it was beyind their control and that I would have to address this with Yellow Rose Vacation Rentals. Whom I had rented from. They would have to credit me. However, since I checked out I have called three times and spoke to three individuals but nothing has been done to compensate or even address our concerns.

Deep Creek Log Cabin was perfect for our needs. 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked great for a womens retreat. A large living room and kitchen, along with a wonderful deck on the front. No game room or theater room, but that's not what we were looking for. The price was very reasonable. Its not secluded but it was nice and quiet. Very clean, great layout. Easy to get to, close to town and all the shops and train. We hope to stay there next time we plan a trip to Bryson City.

I selected this cabin because of the lay out inside to accommodate a group of people. The cabin has large rooms, has a great front porch, and if you want to ride the train, go tubing, white water rafting or be near center city this is a perfect location. It is, however, located in a neighborhood setting and there is no view.The street the property is located is difficult to find. A landmark such as JJ's Tubing might help. The home was spotless and worked for our group with the large kitchen, large kitchen table, living room and porch.

We love this cabin, it is our third stay here! It is beautiful and we love the location! It was cool enough to enjoy the fireplace and the fire pit. However, I was disappointed when we first drove up and there was garbage scattered near the steps up the porch. Other than that, the cabin was beautiful and ready for our stay. I would suggest providing more dish towels and hand towels, at least one per bathroom per day. Overall, it was wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay, although when we got there the ac unit was broken but they got workers on it right away, we loved the open concept for the family to all be together and our dogs did great with the fenced back yard, it was really a great vacation!
