Ce magnifique condo de luxe de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains au rez-de-chaussée est un choix fantastique pour les familles et les groupes de six personnes maximum à la recherche d'un lieu de villégiature agréable près du lac Dillon. Situé sur la colline au-dessus de Dillon Dam Road, vous êtes à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Frisco. De plus, l’emplacement du Lake Forest au cœur du comté de Summit offre un accès rapide à la I-70 et aux stations balnéaires environnantes. Le sentier du comté de Summit est idéalement situé de l’autre côté de la route, offrant de nombreuses possibilités de loisirs en été.
Le salon offre des rayons de lumière naturelle depuis les grandes fenêtres donnant sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes. Nice unit but did not realize it was in the basement. Pictures looked different. Nice fully stocked kitchen. A typical 'renters' manual wpuld nice to have.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It is centrally located between Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin ski areas. The town of Frisco is literally five minutes. Grocery store/Walmart close by as well. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This property was perfect for a week ski trip in the mountains. Had all the amenities we could ask for to make our stay enjoyable. Hot tub was a short walk away and there were multiple hot tubs so never had to share with another group. Had a very nice patio with an amazing view. Property is very close to grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Would definately visit again.

The property was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. It was a very nice view of the lake and use of the garage was very nice on cold and icy mornings. I would defiantly rent again if I had the chance.

We stayed as a group of four for a ski weekend. We skied Vail and this was a great homebase for day trips each day. Downtown Frisco is super close and everything is right at your fingertips. Hot tub is a short walk away from the unit and there are 3 hot tubs all outdoors with a pavilion type cover. Space in the unit was comfy and close, but definitely good for a group of four. Very seamless experience and I would definitely stay here again. 100/100!

A ski condo that says sleeps 6 and actually sleeps 6 comfortably! Great view of Lake Dillon and Mt. Guyot and Baldy beyond. Minor issues with wifi access and hot tub code but the folks at Summit Mountain rentals quickly resolved them.

Great accommodation's, would definitely would stay here again. Unit was in a great location for all of the surrounding Ski resorts and the quaint little town of Frisco. The Unit itself was clean and accommodated a family of 4, with two teenaged sons. The kitchen was a little small, room for only 1 person at a time, and had to use the plunger a few times in the guest bathroom toilet. The roadways within the complex could use a better job with plowing the snow and walkways. The property management staff was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Overall, a very wonderful stay.

Very nice condo. Great view. Comfortable beds. Good (small) kitchen with decent plates, utensils, pans, supplies, etc. TV’s worked, no issues. Nice living room with great view of Dillon Reservoir. Small balcony / walkout patio, also with great views of the lake. Heat worked well; didn’t need AC ( no AC anyway). Some dresser drawers are fading. The toilets are small (American Standard Cadets, not elongated).Bottom line , we had a very nice 3-day stay. Location is convenient to Frisco and its Marina. Dillon is maybe 4 miles away; Breckenridge, an 8-mile drive. Lots of restaurants in Breckenridge.

Stayed in this Condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed our time there very much. The location is good for skiing and many other activities. The condo is well equipped, the beds and the furniture are comfortable. Summit Mountain Rentals are easy to communicate with and responsive.

We arrived in Frisco and had to go to the office 5 minutes away to pick up keys. This is very annoying after a long day of travel, especially because the office is difficult to find. Arrived at the condo and immediately noticed food splattered all over the trash can, a door knob broken, and almost all of the outlets didn’t work, making it difficult to change phones. We later discover that the knob on the washing machine was also broken making it difficult to use. The final kicker was when we went to leave. We were instructed to return the keys back to the office. The instructions said to leave the keys where we got them. However, I no longer had the code to the lockbox as it wasn’t in the instructions. I called to see what they wanted me to do with the keys. A lady answered the phone and was extremely rude and very annoyed by my call. She told me to put the keys in a different dropbox (this was not in the instructions). PLEASE get a keyless entry and fix the outlets!!

Fantastic view!
This property was perfect! Everything was in great condition, and we had plenary of room for our four adults. Good beds and lots of hot water, carries a lot of weight on ski days. I would definitely stay again.
