Had to wait long for food in the evening and the fridge in the room wasn't very clean and smelly

Great hotel with many facilities. Plenty of food options to choose from. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful. Central location. Very helpful reception.

Not enough staff available during breakfast service. Many of the junior staff couldn't speak english making communication a bit more difficult.

Everything was very good. Breakfast was nice and also pizza in a restaurant, also room was so perfect.

SPA and pool. There was no responsible hotel person. Some persons was so noisy, another was jumping. In the evening time the SPA and pool was so crowded and in the saunas shower in one shower there was no shampoo for 3 days.

Very clean, modern, well equipped and spacious rooms. in the territory you have everything you need. Very nice pizzeria, lobby and restaurant with super reasonable prices and delicious food.

My room was close to the stairs and I could hear people going up and down.

Great location, nice facilities, large and convenient rooms.

The overal performance of the cleaning staff. The ladies were gathering in the morning, getting ready for work (which would take them long) sometimes blocking the coridor, walking around whole day and at the end - not cleaning the rooms! We had three rooms and there was no service there at all. I asked in the reception and they confirmed the service is every day but it wasn't. We never had that experience before. Another thing was the breakfast - good but comparing to what it was a year ago, it was worse. Maybe because the season is over.

Extremely friendly and competent staff. Delicious breakfasts with plenty of food ro choose from. Excellent location in the heart of the town. Convenient car park with plenty of spaces, the gates open up automatically after you register your number plates at the reception.

If you're not in the main building then to get to the swimming pool you must go through the car park- not ideal in a cool weather.... Free WiFi could be more stable....

rooms are just not cleaned properly. below any standards for a 4 star hotel.

The breakfasts were pretty tasty. The choice of the dishes was pretty standard. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is very nice.

Location was excelente for what we had planned with plenty of restaurantes and shops nearly.

The bedroom fridge was not working.

The location was perfect and the view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast, restaurant and bars were really good.

Our room was not clean, a few spiders were in the room and the floors were not clean. The furniture was old and needed renewing. There was no ac and no sound proofing. This hotel was too expensive for what it was.

- parking extra also for guests - spa area small and not adult only, but that's seems to be typical for Poland - very small balcony - climate at the sleeping room looks a little bit weird mounted and maybe not good for health in it's position Cannot be stopped separately
