Chambres spacieuses. Literie confortable. Très propre.
Le personnel au top le déjeuner copieux.

We had a large room, with two bedrooms, one bathroom and one additional toilet. The room was clean, owner was friendly, location was close enough to the historic center.

Nice, AUTHENTIC Riad & great hosts! Recommendation for coffee and food was amazing!

Good location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful center hall.
Wifi signal in our room was poor. Toilet was constantly draining. Terrace was rather unmaintained and certainly not that good looking as on pictures.
4.5
centrally located in the heart of the city with a safe place to park a motorcycle in front of the Riad. A very friendly reception to a very historic/authentic Riad.
no key access to the Raid with a reliance on the occupants to open the door

Nice located in the Medina and really nice rooms + rooftop

The employee who welcomed us was very nice, and we managed communication in English and French. He even showed us the way to the market later and helped us to find what we were looking for. Breakfast was amazing and so were the rooms and the Riad. The location was perfect, in between the mainroad for parking and the start of the markets.

owner and staff are super nice people. The location is well located if you want to sleep in medina and reachable by car.

Nothings really - it is true that the building has some really nice spaces but due to the nasty service you cannot really appreciate it.
Too many things: The poor and unpolite service. No hot water for the whole length of our stay. Uncomfortable room with windows to closed spaces specifically to a construction site. The bed cover with cat urine which took a long discussion to get it changed. Things in the room fell apart (I.e. hooks in the walls, doors very noisy).
The room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm and they didn’t do the room the next they.
I travel a lot and this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

very beautiful and comfortable riad
there was no water on the evening.

The house and the room were beautiful (though without daylight). Perfect location
We selected the Riad Mama H&K because the description mentioned a roof terrace and restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant service had been discontinued since COVID and the roof terrace was not usable due to building activity.
Except for the -noisy- family living in the house, we were the only occupants and we felt strangely abandoned. The family was primarily preoccupied with themselves and less so with their guests. The room was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was ok, but served without warmth nor joy. No coffee refills, packaged juice and the last morning even the butter ran out.
The stay was ok but based on the description and reviews we expected more.

The best was the location, easy to reach and to find in general. The room provided was a bit tiny, but had a little hall where we kept our luggage. Riads get used to be cozy, so the reality was it, well decorated and beautiful, even it looks a bit old in some way. You have to love this style.
Were no help to take luggage, even the staff see you carrying heavy luggage or different bags, they will just pass through your side. Happened in the arrival and the leave.
Regarding the cleaning, they need to improve and cover all the areas because many areas were a bit dirty of dust, like shelves in the toilet and in the windows. Also light should improve a bit in some areas, it looks a bit darker than others.
Breakfast was poor: artificial orange juices, no fruit, no omelette or eggs... No Moroccan and known products as harsha, crepes, baghrir... They gave us msemen cut in 7 tiny pieces... and we were 5. No water, only from the sink. Danone or any other brand for yogurts, and chocolate bakery and bakery rolls... It's supposed the riad is almost a 9 in Booking... The comment from the director about it was that the person in charge was not there for some issue, but honestly to cut some fruit, prepare orange juice, you don't need special abilities. Other Moroccan products can be bought in any of the shops around, hand and homemade.

We were in love with Riad Mama H&K, the Riad was extraordinary beautiful, super good location in the medina, clean and fully equipped to be comfortable (e.g. fresh towels). The breakfast was also very good!

A little difficult to find the place, but it was very authentic and nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was extremely helpful.
The bathroom floor got very wet after showering, the bed was a bit hard and my friends were woken up very early by a rooster.

Nice place, big room. Comfortable. Delicious breakfast
A bit noisy at night

Good breakfast, one staff doing everything trying to do his best but overall bad place, not clean
This place seems to have declined, perhaps because Meknes in general has basically been closed for years as well. The hotel was disorganized with our reservation (they seemed surprised to see us and asked twice how many nights we were staying despite confirmed reservations), the sheets were bloody, there was garbage in the bathroom from previous guests and the toilet was broken and noisy all night. Despite it being empty except for 1 guest they put us in the noisiest room, right beside the street (??) The one staff working Mohammed was nice but clearly overwhelmed with no help from the mysterious owner who I had to speak to only on the phone 3 times to resolve issues (he was at a birthday party??) They asked for payment strangely not at check in or check out but on the evening at 9pm of the first night as we returned from dinner. This was considered “normal”. We left early after one night instead of two. Everything felt quite unprofessional compared to all the other wonderful places we’ve stayed in Morocco. Sad as it looks like it used to be very good and a beautiful riad.

The design and detail of the Riad was world class for its kind. Worth staying in Meknes and day trip to Fez. The host and service people were excellent.
All was good.

Beautiful traditional riad in old medina.
Wonderful breakfast
Fantastic staff
Lovely views from terrace
Very hard bed and pillows for me (perfect for some people)
Some of the furniture was broken in the room.
there was some work going on up on the terrace so wasn’t as nice as it will be when they finish, looks like they are putting a pool in and pizza oven etc. it will be amazing when it’s done
