to begin with, the pictures of the room on booking.com are not the same as the existing room and the reason i booked that room was based on the pictures the lock of the door was broken and we slept all night without the door locked

The hotel is really nice and has a good location in Avandaro.

Our room was really humid but could ask for a fan to help with that. The person in charge of check in was very rude just because he could not find my reservation when it was there all along. I think because we were a big group, he was overwhelmed. Food service is really slow

I like the hotel layout, rooms space and cleanliness, restaurant food, huge garden to admire. Great place to go with family and not get burden with noise.

I believe they are short staffed in the restaurant section because checkout took longer than expected. The staff even look tired, please help them do better their jobs.

It’s in an ok location.

No hot water in the shower, they couldn’t fix it. Don’t stay here. They said they would fix it but didn’t just had us waiting and in the end when we went to the front desk after a long wait to ask again they said sorry it’s not working. They took us to a public restroom with one shower where we had to wait for soap and towels. In the end definitely not worth the price of usd $200 charged for the night.

The overall environment of the hotel was very calmed and relaxed. The pool was warmed and the size made it so that you feel it's all yours. The restaurant was great, way above average for a hotel restaurant. Room service included anything in the restaurant menu and coctails.

It is close to Avandaro Centro (literally around a corner) but some of the roads don't have a full sidewalk, so some of the time you are walking on the edge of the road.

Comfortable beds, warm pool, jacuzzi, quiet place, great location- very close to restaurants.

The only complaint I have is about the pool - the tiles are falling off all over the pool. That should be fixed.

Good location in Avandaro. Nice room. Good value for money.

Rooms lack ventilation and therefore very warm. Had to sleep with the door open onto the terrace which was ok since the hotel was very quiet but would not be good if it were busy.
