Se cortó la luz. Habíamos contratado para bañarnos y resulta que el boiler no funciona. Sospechoso porque no parecía eléctrico. Más tarde cuando volvió la luz seguía sin funcionar. Otro asistente nos dijo que la llave del gas estaba cerrada

Location is convenient if you have a car and it was a quiet neighborhood.

The pool was not full with enough water for an adult to swim. It was not even waist deep on me. The water in the pool was also very dirty with lots of bugs and leaves floating in it. The bottom of the pool was slimy and gross. I asked the host to clean the pool when we arrived and they said they would - but they did not. Only when I called Booking.com and tried to cancel the reservation did they return and somewhat clean the pool. There were 3 hot tubs outside. One was totally empty and the other two were not completely full of water. The water in them was dirty and they never cleaned these. The second bedroom is not separated from the main bedroom so do not expect any privacy. You can hear everything from the other room which is right above the main bedroom. The beds are hard and not comfortable. There is only one shower in the bathroom connected to the main bedroom. The shower head is so low that I could not use it, I'm 183 cm tall. My friend went to use the shower and the hot water was not working. The host had to come and fix something for it to work. The water got too hot very fast and my friend was burned on her leg. A very disappointing experience as we booked this place to enjoy the afternoon in the pool and it was not usable. Neither were the jacuzzis. Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else.

I didn’t like the cleaning service at the second day and that the electricity at night wasn’t enough for the 3 apartments, at night we couldnt see anything with the lights on, we had to use our cellphones to light the place up. You couldn’t take a shower without getting the whole bathroom flooded.
