Everything was perfect, we had a lovely stay in Chisinău! The bed is very comfortable, reliable WiFi, good A/C and clear check in instructions. I fully recommend this place to stay in the city center!

Very central place, if you take the bus from the airport the stop is a few minutes walk from this place. The room is comfortable, looks pretty new and very clean. The communication with the owner was excellent and I found perfect that I could pay in EUR. In walking distance you can find cafes, museums and some attractions.

nothing, all good

I arrived super late, like 5am on the next day. After few exchanges of calls and messaging, i was able to get in to the property where everything was well prepared for my arrival. Additionally, I was allowed to check out much later than schedule. The owner - Mark - was amazingly friendly and supportive. I will definitely stay there again when in Chisinau.

I would suggest a bottle of water in the room.

Even if you stay for a week, there is no cleaning. There is no TV. There is construction noise. New rooms are being built in empty spaces. so this place will turn into a prison

Very comfortable and pleasant place. The centre of Kishinev. Some buildings are under the repair but it doesn’t affect the comfort of stay. Illumination and cats in the courtyard in the evening and you have a feeling that you are back to the childhood somewhere in the village or at the seaside. The hotel is situated in a tiny private sector in the real center of the city. It is amazing. I recommend

Everything is clean and nice

All staff are friendly. We felt like a home. Location is very convenient near city center. We definitely recommend this place. We've found a new friend here. Say hello to cat Shridik :)

It's located perfect, not too far from downtown!

Only the location, it was close to the center

1. The building was on construction (doesn't look anything like in the pictures), there were workers working the whole day there - pretty loud and they could see us through the window because we were staying on the ground floor 2. Invasion of ants in the room (on the table and on the floor). We informed the owner about this issue but they didn't do anything, they only cleaned the dead ants. We asked for ants spray, but they didn't provide it. They said they will inform the director and they will take care of it but nothing happened. 3. No TV in the room, as it was mentioned on Booking. 4. The room was very dust, they should fix this issue.

Everything was perfect, unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. We plan to visit Chisinau again, and this will be our first choice.

There's no longer the terrace in the pictures, it's a building under construction. There's no parking place. We parked the cars on the street, but we got a ticket.

I stayed only one night and arrived quite late. The administrator, Violeta, waited to give me keys and check me in. I got a one room studio apartment, with a bathroom. Good shower. A bit cramped but ok for one or two people for a night or two. I didn't know the location but exploring found it is a good central location with many amenities five, ten or twenty minutes away by foot. Access is down a narrow lane between houses, the apartments are at the end of the lane. So it is quieter than being on the street.

There is space to park two or three cars perhaps outside the apartment gates. However as well as the lane being narrow the space can be tight if multiple cars. Check with the owners to ask for a space. I found it very difficult to get my car out - due to another vehicle not from 77/5 meaning I couldn't turn around. I am terrible at manoeuvring anyway but the helpful owner of the blue house at the corner saw how hopeless I was at reversing back and came and did the whole thing back to the street for me. Hats off to the helpful neighbour. I think they got fed up with seeing the British guy in a Serbian car make a mess of driving :-)

Its a nice place to stay in the center of the city . The rooms are very clean with all facilities.

Nice small hotel in an excellent location. The bed, the shower and the wifi were all very good. Bonus: extremely friendly black cat.

The administrator put me under great pressure not to stay at the hotel itself; she was proposing to put me in a self-catering flat 20 minutes' walk away. She wouldn't take no for an answer until I said I'd rather cancel the booking altogether. I don't know what was going on, but if I'd wanted a self-catering flat outside the city centre, that's what I would have booked - not a hotel room in a central location.

The location and price were okay. If you are interested in night entertainment, this is the best choice to stay with friends after clubbing. The host girl is incredibly kind and attentive. Also I should mention about cleanliness of the room.

They don't warrant you that you will stay at exactly that room which you have booked. Unfortunately that happened to me. The room I have booked was occupied by other tenant, and I have been asked to move in other smaller room.
