Confortable maison loin de la maison - maison entièrement clôturée rénovée, propre avec des lits confortables, des draps luxueux et une cuisine accueillante menant à une salle à manger et à un salon décloisonnés. Bien isolé avec un choix de deux pompes à chaleur.
Les appareils et presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris le linge de maison, les serviettes, les oreillers et les appareils de cuisine complets - des verres à vin (blancs, rouges, pétillants) pour vous détendre après une journée de plaisir. La télévision et le lecteur DVD dans le salon et la terrasse permettent de profiter du soleil.
Nous avons également une machine à café Nespresso. Comment commencer une journée sans un bon café? :)

The is very comfortable, and we all got 2 great nights sleep. The only negative is that the description states the home has been recently renovated. The home is in need of an interior freshen up, with a new coat of paint.

■there is no a/c in 2 bedroom(day time was little too warm)
■Some of the equipment was out of order (it wasn't displayed on the facility's equipment list, but I was a little concerned that it was there but couldn't be used)
Overall, I think it's suitable for a casual stay with a family or group, but some compromises are necessary.

Great location, just far enough away from the city centre to avoid the hubbub but close enough to drive in. Cosy and lots of sleeping room for family. It was tidy and clean and convenient for our group and the things they wanted to do and see while in Rotorua. Highly recommend to families.

Older house with newer windows make the house nice and warm. All day sun. Big section and garage. We had e bikes but the power switch was not connected to the wall and had wires out. We found out a day before we arrived the drier was kaput. Also no food of any kind or salt and pepper. The beds were very comfortable and warm. The showers were great and 2 full bathrooms. The curtains let all the light through. However I would stay here again. Handy for what we needed.

Overall we had a good but not excellent stay. The best parts were the communication and responsiveness of the owner and manager (owner away but then manager was equally fantastic with communication) and also the beds were very comfortable and linen also great quality. We found the ‘newly renovated’ a stretch, as the property seemed a little tired. The glasses and mugs and just the cleanliness of the kitchen cupboards was not great- I guess that’s on their cleaner and how much they clean inside cupboards and checks dishwasher suitability? The worst part was the lounges. We stayed in winter, and as we’d travelled as a group, we spent a few hours chatting and wanting to relax in the lounge before heading back out. The lounges were really uncomfortable and there was no coffee table to put drinks/nibbles on - we made do, and used a blanket box instead- but those lounges were really unfortunate. With a good spring clean, lick of paint, perhaps access to Sky viewing, more thoughtful small touches regarding comfort, and larger changes like lounge replacement, our stay would have been much better. I wouldn’t rush to return based on our experience, but it was just fine for a brief, fairly central and affordable stay and comfortable beds to lay your head.

Overall our stay was great. Quiet area and close proximity to the places we wanted to visit and close to other amenities too. Comfy beds and warm house too. Could do with a full pot set, crock pot and maybe a sandwich maker for families like us who like to cook rather than eat out.

We were very surprised how little supplies are in the house. No tea and coffee, no tissues or paper towels no oil, salt and pepper or any condiments. Only 1 body wash for 2 showers. Watered down cleaning supplies. Only just adequate heating even though it wasn’t as cold as it can sometimes get. Plenty of towels, but no face cloths.

Smooth and easy check in, clean and comfortable property, excellent facilities. An ideal stopover for our group of four separate adults. Some blockout curtains would be a useful add for the front bedrooms - that's one bright streetlight !

Four decent bedrooms, two bathrooms - great pressure in the bathrooms. Well set up for a group of friends. We enjoyed our time here. Neighbourhood looked a little rough, but to be fair location was great for us and we had no concerns whilst we were here. Very happy overall. Would happily stay again.

Loved the house only issue we had was the curtains in the bedrooms being very thin. And also the smell of cat pee in the entrance by the front door. Other than that it was everything that we needed for our holiday

Awesome place, 100% reccomend!! Washer, dryer and dishwasher let us enjoy more holiday time and the heat pumps and extra blankets kept us super snug! Towels are a bit small for our big bodies but that's so insignificant and wouldnt stop us booking again.
