L'endroit est entouré de restaurants avec musique live (à 5 minutes en voiture), à 3 km de la plage publique ou à 2 km du célèbre parc aquatique extérieur SunWest, idéal pour passer une journée agréable en famille sur la plage de la lagune aux eaux bleues. Ensemble de 2 étages de la maison 1350 pc de 3 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain, cuisine, salon, buanderie beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur de la maison ou à l'extérieur sur porche. 2 kayaks disponibles, pêchant sur le quai ou sur le côté de la maison, en regardant les couchers de soleil et griller sur le porche pour se détendre. 20 miles à Clearwather 15 miles à Weeki Watche à l'état de parc avec une eau de source cristalline idéale pour la famille s'amuser nager en kayak ou un seul et unique spectacle de sirène. Nous vivons au rez-de-chaussée. Interagir avec les clients par le biais de messages texte par téléphone électronique 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, est nécessaire.

We have family who live around the corner from this rental, that we were visiting for the weekend. This was the perfect location, with easy access to the unit and great communication with the owner. It was very clean and well appointed. I will definitely book this again when we come back to visit.

This house was wonderful! It was very clean, convenient and fun. The hosts plan for everything. There is a peaceful floating doc, complete with 2 kayaks, a tandem and a single. A crab trap and a pinfish trap, an outside grilling area as well as a nice relaxing space by the water way. It has eastern and western exposure for beautiful sunrise and sunsets. To add to all of this, it is close to weeki waki springs and has sunwest park right down the road. I highly reccomend this VRBO.

We stayed here over July 4th and had the most wonderful time. The apartment is stocked with everything one could possibly need, sparkling clean and even equipped with doggy needs (bowls, bed, pillow). The kayaks were used extensively. There's so much wonder there. Manatees, Dolphins, Turtles and a hidden spring. The hosts were lovely, giving tips and advice.

Beautiful location on the water. Enjoyed fishing on the water while watching fish, dolphins, and turtles swim by. Very hospitable when it comes to animals also! Owner is definitely a dog lover!

Such a comfortable home. Kitchen has everything! Views are beautiful! We saw many different types of fish and a Manatee family. We were able to get on the water and enjoy the day!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Did a lot of paddleboarding from the dock, saw manatees, turtles, and dolphins while on our boards. Spacious, clean 3BR, 2 BA upper with wrap around deck.

We tried our first "snowbirding" experience and chose this property because of the canal access with kayaks and that it was pet-friendly. From the moment you walk in, you realize that a lot of effort is put into cleanliness of the property, It was fully stocked with the basic necessities like trash bags and toilet paper, which we appreciated. The kitchen had a full variety of cookware and utensils.

My partner and I had a great time here! The location was easy to find, the check-in process was also simple, and we were not asked to do anything prior to check-out. I’ve asked the host to make sure it is what they want.
We love how dog-friendly it is. The host even left a dog treat as a gift for us! We love it here and would definitely come back again next year!

Upon arrival communication was excellent. When entering it felt like home away from home. My family loves to cook and kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable. Especially after our full days of exploring nearby sights. The ability to be able to have coffee in the morning overlooking the water was a bonus. All of the family enjoyed being able to kayak and fish from the dock. Great place and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on our mini vacation. Our family had no issues and everything we needed was there. The wifi was not connecting correctly but they responded right away to help. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The home and owners was very welcoming and we would rent their house again.

The Appartement was very well equipped with Lots of space nicely located directly at one of the Channels with direct Access to the sea and cayaks freely available. The owners super nice and helpful. We can definitely recomnend to stay there.

This house is big, decorated very nicely, well stocked, and close to all the local attractions. All the beds were comfortable. The owners are friendly and available, if needed. We loved using the kayaks to cruise the canals and out into the Gulf (saw lots of manatees, sting rays, etc.). We enjoyed our two weeks and would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best vacation homes I've stayed in. It was so home like I even slept comfortably under the sheets (something I never do). It was stocked with everything you would have at your own house. They were nice and available but not over-baring. Outside was great lots of seating. We even used the canoe. They helped teach the kids to fish and how to set the crab trap (we caught a crab!!)Really the only bad thing I could say is I could stay long enough. I wanted to move in. It's worth it, go ahead stay awhile.

The best vacation rental!
We were so impressed with this vacation home. The top floor is very spacious and provides an excellent view to the canal in the backyard. We kayaked all afternoon and fished the canals. The owners of the property were welcoming and provided basic necessities in the rental. I would definitely rent with them again!

Hudson Florida Family Trip
Well-outfitted home for a respite to spend the holiday weekend with my siblings. Close to supermarkets. Great seafood restaurants are 15 min south and just 35 min to Fred Howard Park ( an excellent beach! ).

Communication, Cleanliness, and Convenience
The total sums this property up. The house is very clean and bright with everything you need for a few days to weeks on end. The owners are incredibly fast with responses to questions at seemingly any hour of the day. They provided insight into local dining options and were very receptive to modifying my reservation after my pets ended up not making the journey with us. The property is very convenient to Weeki Wachee and the other hotspots along this portion of the Gulf Coast. If I’m ever in this neck of the woods again, this will be the first and only place I’ll be looking to stay.

Great vacation home on a beautiful canal
My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for a couple of weeks in March. We all had plenty of room. The interior is just as it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable and quiet. The owners, Jerry and Iwona (live downstairs) are great hosts and responded immediately to any requests or questions that we had. Close to some nice parks for walking and to restaurants on the water where you can watch the sunset over the Gulf. These folks are dog friendly and have beautiful dogs of their own. They supply plenty of linens and towels etc and the kitchen has everything you would need. Definitely would go back to this home.

Wonderful!
We stayed two weeks. Everything was great. The home was very clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated. The hosts, Jerry and Iwana, were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for our day trips. The location on the channel was also good, as we were able to use the kayaks that came with the place. To top it off, we saw a manatee and its calf from the deck on our last day.

Great Hudson stay!
We loved this 2nd floor unit. Very roomy. Well decorated! Had everything you needed through out. The kitchen was great for eating in. The whole place was very clean. Nice local restaurants nearby. Close to shopping. Watching the fish jump in the salt water canal was fun. Access to kyaks was a bonus. The owners live in the unit below. They were wonderful!! They provided any information we needed. Responded quickly if we needed something. Great people to talk to and they would give us privacy if we wanted it. We would rent again from them.

Good Winter Escape
Thank you to our hosts, Ivana and Jerry, who live in the lower level of the property. They were so helpful and responsive. The view of the canal was beautiful and relaxing. When we wanted to try fishing, Jerry set us up with poles and bait bucket and we could fish right from the lawn. Unfortunately the fish we not biting as we had a spell of cold weather. Ivana was a great tourist planner. She suggested many local hiking spots to take our dog. They were very dog friendly providing dog bowls and dog bed in our unit. They took us to a beautiful distillery called NJoy, which we never would have found if we didn’t follow them there. We were very pleased with our stay!
