I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the building, the staff was awesome, everything/everyone we encountered was fantastic. I highly recommend Comfort Inn Suites in Wooster!

It was nice and clean. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room as I was visiting relatives in the area. The cookies were a nice touch.

The pricing was a little high. Don't know if that is because everything is high right now but I basically only slept in the room.

Breakfast was great. Loved the waffles. Coffee was good. Everything was clean and maintained. Staff we met were all friendly.

Offensive Odor in hallway sometimes. Lights in room blinked often...maybe when heat kicked on and off. No drawer space to put clothing into just a small closet for hanging items. Overall great but wanted to share.

Everything was exceptionally clean and updated.

I did not get the room I reserved with the king bed. I was told it happened to 3 other guest that night. But now they were sold out of rooms. Then I was promised a 50.00 discount but also did not get that after several requests I only got a 30.00 discount People in room next to ours were so loud we barely got any sleep the walls are paper thin and we call to guest services to complain. The people next too us were yelling and burping fir hours.

The location was very convenient, and the restaurant at the Hilton next door had excellent food (recommended by the staff; they indicated that the same person owns both).

We had breakfast on Friday, which was continental only (no eggs or meats). Wish there was a better option but it was good. A little more variety of cereals for adults would be nice (they only had 4 choices of cereal).
