Waffles were good. Oatmeal was good. Coffee was good. Not much selection for bagels. Muffins were not good and tasted old. Room AC worked well.

There was an open hole in the ceiling above the shower with what looked like a camera in it! (I put a washcloth over it to shower but made me feel very uncomfortable and I did report it to the front desk staff and showed it to him). The hallway smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Hallway and Room was very old and outdated, the bed was not very comfortable. It felt old and frumpy, actually sunken on 1 side. Extremely thankful it was a very short stay! Will never stay again. I’m not very picky but it was extremely creepy and would definitely not recommend. Walls super thin, you can hear everyone inside and outside talking.

When we arrived, the hotel gave my room to someone else. The room that they initillaly tried to move me to was not clean. They found another room upstairs, but the air conditioner did not work and they had to come fix it.

They have remodeled and it is really nice now. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. And the front desk was friendly. I will stay there now that it's been redone.

I like that they had a decent sized pool and that the breakfast options were plenty, the rooms were pretty nice. they were also very accommodating with late check in and early check out (we had some unplanned, non hotel, things happen our way)

no elevator, but I know the place is small. when we came to check in, we were a little worried because the other guests who tried to check in before us were having issues with their reservations. it was crowded in the little waiting area and a little awkward because the tension was high. the breakfast portion, I understand there were a lot of guests, but the little breakfast room got crowded quickly too. when checking out, I check my bank withdrawals and I had a Wyndham Wooster charge with the pre authorization, which was fine, but there was another $191 charge also from Wyndham Wooster, which I wasn’t sure what it was for. I asked the older man at the desk what that other charge was, and he said he didn’t know and that it was probably booking.com, which wasn’t true because then it would say so. all for it to come down to all charges from my account we’re erased and then just the original price I knew I was paying, was taken out almost two days later. it was a confusing process.
