I really like the warm welcome.
Our room was super comfy and we had everything we need (kettle, fridge, dishe, coffee), and even more with the welcoming Secco.
The staff is really nice and accomodating.
The spa is one of the best (hammam, different sauna, tea, fruit).
You even get a little gift when leaving.
Definetely a recommandation.

Die angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten vom Hotel Viktoria haben wir nicht wahrgenommen.
Zusatzkosten von 100 € für 5 Übernachtungen, weil 2 kleine Hunde dabei waren ist mehr als übertrieben. Defekter Wasserkocher, der noch am gleichen Tag ersetzt werden sollte, wurde erst am nächsten Tag nachmit⁹tags nach erneuter Reklamation ausgewechselt.

Die Lage des Hause ist am Ortsende und sehr ruhig. Es ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden und von Rubi aus hat man allerlei Möglichkeit verschiedenste Aktivitäten auszuüben.

It was in a quiet village with easy access to everything.
It was a studio apartment, no separate lounge and bedroom, but the bathroom and kitchen were fine.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and priced well. The location was wonderful. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Hotel Viktoria has many facilities for rainy days: the wellness and sauna area was better than advertised, while kids can enjoy the two big play rooms.
The room was clean and the beds were really comfy - perfect to unwind after a long day’s hike.
The room itself was smaller than expected, but we didn’t spend much time there, as there are loads of indoor and outdoor activities in the area.
