The location was great for access to any events going on in town. Also, great when getting out to ski other areas, Room is small, but hey, we didn't need much more than it offered. Hot tub downstairs was spacious, hot and great! Plenty of towels were available in the room.

No major dislikes, just the little things. Window blinds need to be replaced. Room temperature is suspect from time to time. The hood vent returns into the room so when cooking, no smells really leave the rooms unless you open the window. And lastly, the window is hard to close and lock. Like I said, small things,

This place is essentially a dormitory. Location is great but everything is outdated in the room, no storage whatsoever, old appliances, equipment and furniture. Very worn down. Was woken up by a cat screaming at 5am from the room across the hall. If you need a bed and nothing else, this place will do.

Everything is worn, dingy, and outdated. Unclean feeling.

GREAT location. The bus comes right outside the door and you have easy access to local food options, convenience stores, rentals, etc. The facility itself was nice, the spa area was well-maintained. This property backs up to a Sheraton so plenty of options for a quick meal. The unit had fantastic wifi and working tv. The unit was well supplied with towels, bath amenities, and cleaning supplies. I thought it was a great value for the location and as a single traveler, really enjoyed my stay. Many others have noted the noise issues, but my floor was very quiet at all hours.

The property could have been a little bit more maintained. The bathroom had some mold on the the ceiling and the unit could do will a deep clean to get all the dust out from the hard to reach places. Grateful for kitchen supplies, but they were limited and "well loved".

Unit was not prepared to receive guests. No Air Conditioner was installed or operational. Temperature was 85 degrees inside unit. Rotten milk type smell in unit appeared to be from unit not being used or prepared prior to arrival. There was no water in the P traps and sewer smell was coming into unit. Vacasa seemed not to care much about anything only their payment. Unit very dated only nice element, the shower had newer tile.

The property owner was very responsive to our needs!! I would recommend this property for business/pleasure travelers anytime! We had a wonderful stay!! The location has plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance and lots of trails for hiking and biking super close. The public transportation is free and very convenient for getting all around Park City. We had a wonderful time!!
