N'importe quand est le bon moment pour une petite retraite à la plage! Ce condo 1 BR confortable a de superbes vues sur l'océan et est à quelques pas du surf sur l'île de North Topsail loin de l'agitation et de l'agitation. Parfait pour une petite famille ou un couple, il peut accueillir 4 personnes avec un grand lit Sleep Number en maître (ajuster à votre convenance), 2 lits superposés dans le hall pour les plus petits.
Nous avons essayé de penser à tout - de votre propre code sur la serrure de porte intelligente (ne pas tenir avec une clé) à la mise à niveau wifi, Google Home et smart TV pour diffuser vos émissions Netflix.
Vous pouvez regarder les bateaux de pêche depuis le balcon, puis prendre un court trajet en voiture pour cuisiner dans la cuisine entièrement équipée. Nous vous avons même laissé quelques livres de cuisine pour vous inspirer.
Dans cette partie essentiellement résidentielle de North Topsail Island, les enfants peuvent jouer dans les vagues ou dans la piscine et les couples peuvent se promener sur la plage à la belle étoile, loin des lumières et des pièges son, ou la jetée 2 miles.
Un court trajet en voiture sur le grand pont vous emmène faire du shopping et manger à Sneads Ferry. Conduire sur la plage à Surf City pour plus de magasins, restaurants et divertissements, location de jet ski ou de kayak. Plusieurs bateaux proposent des croisières autour de l'île ou sur l'île de Lea pour les bombardements.
Wilmington à proximité (35 miles) offre plus de plaisir et de divertissement, une cuisine raffinée, des visites fantômes (!)et un cuirassé pour la tournée. Jacksonville est également à 20 minutes en voiture pour vous permettre de choisir plus de boutiques et de restaurants.
North Topsail Beach est connue pour ses coquillages, ses dents de requin, ses nids de tortues, l'observation de dauphins, une observation occasionnelle de baleines pendant la migration. Ici, le ciel est sombre et la lune est brillante et vous pouvez voir toutes les étoiles la nuit. Regardez le soleil se lever sur l'océan et ensuite le voir sur le son. Notre unité est au deuxième étage et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc vous devrez monter les escaliers.

Nous avons même quelques serviettes de plage, des chaises, une glacière, un parapluie et des jouets de sable, de sorte que vous n'avez pas à les traîner de la maison ou de les acheter.

This unit was in a great location! It was stocked with everything you could need both in the kitchen and the living space. It was super clean and just steps from the beach. This unit is great for a couple and small child. Our teen is about to outgrow those hallway bunks. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Rebecca's beach front condo. Rebecca was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to my questions. The space had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked (we cooked each night). The extra linens and beach towels were so appreciated! The view is beautiful and the balcony is shaded and perfect for relaxing on in the evenings. The distance to the beach is super short and we loved having the pool to play in each day. The area is quiet and not overly crowded, the beach itself is perfection, especially at low tide. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a laid back, family friend, beach vacation.

I visit Topsail yearly with my son. This year me and my bestie took a Momcation. The condo was wonderful, had everything we needed, and was in a great place. Even during high tide we were able to access the beach safely and enjoy time on the beach. My past stays further North on the island, the beach was not safely accessible during high tide. We enjoyed our stay, and the location. Rebecca was wonderful, reaching out to make sure everything was as expected. Hope to stay here for future beach vacations. Topsail Island never disappoints 😊

Close to the beach. This was our first time at North topsail Beach. It was a great location if you want to be close to the sand. And also have a pool, which is very important to us.
The property itself was very nice. The kitchen is the only area for improvement. I found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard and threw out a bunch of very expired food. I had to stop myself because I was on holiday today. It was not there to clean lol
I would also suggest a room darkening curtain over the bedroom window.
Besides those minor issues we had a great time.

Rebecca, the condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything a person would need. LOVE, LOVED our stay. Rebecca was in instant contact with us as soon as it was confirmed that Idalia was going to affect the area. She made sure we had all the required information to make our decision, to leave or stay. We truly enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's beachfront retreat! This is our second stay in the Topsail Dunes complex and equally enjoyable as the first! We greatly appreciated all of the amenities and full kitchen of spices, tools, and appliances. The "smart home" features were also helpful - even the front door lock! The access to the beach is phenomenal and we fully recommend this great space for your family getaway!

Perfect condo for small families or couples. The sound and view of the waves crashing the beach are always second to none. Well stocked kitchen and very convenient smart lock so the keys can be left in the unit. The owner was very responsive although there were no issues during the stay. Well stocked kitchen and large fridge for storing food for the week. 10 minutes to the beach shops and grocery options. If arriving early for your stay, there is a public parking lot that is free with bathrooms next to the condo property. You can take your stuff to the beach and check in later. The pool is also nice sized and in the lot, there is a large recreational area with grills, a basketball court, cornhole etc. The condo property was clean and well kept. 30-45 seconds from the front condo door to the first step on the beach. Property and owner were both top notch.

Overall, great experience. It was like going to a family members place. It had endless household goods, plates, utensils, spices, soaps, extra extra towels, sand toys, umbrellas. You literally only had to bring your bag of clothes. It was great. We are planning on staying here again next year. Very very close to the water, seashells everywhere. Found sharks teeth, the pool was clean and close. 5 stars

Rebecca's condo was absolutely perfectly for our family of 3! She has really thought of everything with this rental. A well stocked kitchen with anything you could want to cook with. A linen closet with extra towels, bags, and coolers. The balcony is has great lighting with sun in the mornings but shaded in the afternoons, also a storage box filled with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Rebecca is a fantastic host that is responsive and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations! 10/10!

My husband and I had a great stay at Rebecca's condo! It was clean and had plenty of kitchen items for the little bit of cooking we did. We especially appreciated the beach chairs so we could sit on the beach and the cooler to take with us when we got groceries. Rebecca's condo description is accurate and we would stay here again! Had an absolute blast on the beach. Clean great place to stay for a small family! Beach and pool is as close as it gets. Our hosts were phenomenal too: they contacted me one morning that there might be an issue with the electronic deadbolt not having enough battery life left, and they immediately rectified it. They truly went out of their way and it was very appreciated. Will be returning!

This place has everything!
This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. It is so well-designed and every need has been anticipated to make staying here so easy. The master bed was comfortable too, which is lacking in so many vacation homes! The kitchen has everything I could want and I love cooking so that was a lot. The view can't be beat!

Wonderful Stay
This is the fourth time we have stayed in this condo and love it everytime. It was just perfect for our family of four. It has everything you need for a lovely beach stay: chairs, umbrella, beach toys, beach towels. This condo is clean, has all amenities included, and extras. This stay we saw dolphins in the morning, found plenty of shark teeth, and experienced all three piers on the island. Rebecca is wonderful to work with.

Lovely Getaway
This very comfortable condo with it's great location made for a wonderful brief vacation. The chairs on the patio were simply wonderful for reading and for watching the waves. The couch and bed were both very comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. My questions about the TV remotes were answered by the owner immediately, and I was able to watch what I wanted to just fine. I appreciated the ease of making and enjoying the reservation, and a funny little part was how easy and secure the front door lock worked -- just terrific!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 4 to enjoy a relaxing week at Topsail. The beach and the pool were never crowded and our room had everything we could possibly need. What a great vacation condo! Very nice quiet residential area that was 2 flights of stairs away from the beach. The condo was well appointed and had absolutely everything we needed for our week's stay. Stores were not far if we needed anything. The Owner was very communicative and responsive to any request we had. We are already trying to plan our next vacation so we can get the same unit!
