Easy check in, huge space, kids loved running around all the available spaces and adults loved the kitchen entertainment area. Pool was a big hit. Would recommend to all families.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 families with eight children ranging from 4-10 years old. Our families loved the pool, the game tables and the large kitchen. Our hosts were very responsive even while on a vacation of their own.

Stayed at the property for a family vacation. We were very happy with the available bedrooms and beds for our large group. Pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyed by all. Large living spaces and game room. Property needs some updating of the furnishings and fixtures but everything we needed was there. Great location for visiting local attractions.

Lots of spaces for our family to both get together and spread apart. We really enjoyed cooking and eating in the spacious kitchen. Hosts were very responsive. Would recommend.

We rented this home for our Thanksgiving trip. It was perfect. The kids had a blast in the game room and hot tub. I had many questions for Boris and he got back to me promptly and made the trip stress free. The kitchen as great for a family meal. Everyone was happy with my pick.

we enjoyed the property and utilized the pool probably the most. We used the game room and kitchen equally from there. We were very pleased and nothing that wasn't communicated were we surprised with. the house is more that sizeable for our family of 12 and had enough to do to keep all age groups busy. we were impressed with the rainy day game shelf, space at top of stairs, as we enjoy cards and the books that were available for reading. If presented the opportunity once again we would re-book here with our family. thankn you for the hospitality.

We had a great time at this house. Plenty of beds and space in the house. Towels, sheets, blankets, and extra pillows were easy to find. The second dryer and refrigerator came in handy. Only downside was a lack of extra hooks or towel bars to hang towels. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in for our large crowd. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. The hosts and maintenance was easy to get a hold of for any issues we had. All in all a very positive experience.

From the initial inquiry Boris/Tina answered all questions very fast and we’re always available. The house is beautiful, very spacious and fully stocked kitchen. We stayed a week and honestly wish we had more time. Even the handy man was very pleasant! Smooth process would rent again

We had a great time, lots to do in the area although the kids didn’t want to get out the pool. The home was large and comfortable for all of us. Host was very nice and responsive. Will definitely return.

The location was great, with lots of things to do in the area. Our favorite things about this property were the pool and the kitchen/dining area, which was big enough for our big family to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. The game room was also a bit hit. However, the rest of the property left much to be desired. There needed to be at least one room with more seating options (multiple couches and chairs) for a large group to gather. There were cobwebs and dirt around the edges of many of the rooms. We found several spiders and crawling bugs inside. The sliding glass door in the kitchen did not open easily, so we didn’t use it, but it also didn’t close tightly. The top of the washer and dryer were filthy. The second refrigerator was in the garage, and there were many mouse droppings around it. Neither ice maker worked, so we had to buy bags of ice. The furniture and bedding were inexpensive and worn, except for the towels and bath mats, which were nice. We had several interactions with the host and his maintenance man, and while they were friendly and responsive, not all of the issues were resolved quickly or to our satisfaction. For instance, the listing said there was air conditioning, and three of the bedrooms had no air vents and one of those had no windows to open, so they were stuffy, warm, and didn’t smell great. They did bring one nice fan quickly when we brought this to their attention, and two other tiny fans the next night, but it took them over two full days to put in some window air units, and one was put in with foam board and duct tape. This listing describes the home as a “Luxurious Villa”, and we did not find it to be at all luxurious. We are an extended family of grandparents, adult children, and grandkids who traveled from many states and even England to vacation together, which we do on an annual basis. We never mind paying the price for a nice vacation home, but this place was not worth the rental cost. We told this to the owner and requested a partial refund, which was not responded to. This home does have great potential, but needs a lot of TLC and investment of time and maintenance. I would agree with a previous review that described it as rustic rather than luxurious. We have never had to leave such a negative review, even after years of travel, but are hoping the the owner will fix things so the home is equal to the cost to rent and the description of the property.

Everything was pretty good. The house accommodated all of us as advertised. The pool was great. The kitchen, dining area and living room and the room upstairs were great. We had one issue with a dead rodent in the sheets. They apologized for this but I was embarrassed for my family. They took it graciously. Regardless we had a great time.

My family enjoyed the spacious home especially the nice size swimming pool. Location was good for outdoor activities.

The house was fantastic, and actually has more beds and bedrooms than the listing indicated. The place was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, etc. It's a perfect space for a large gathering of friends or family, with lots of places to sit and relax both inside and outside, and lots of fun things to do with the pool, hot tub, pool and foosball table, tvs, board games, etc. Location is great - secluded but also only about 6 minutes from a grocery store. The host was very nice and communicative, and had some reasonable concerns about noise level, with which we were happy to comply. There were a couple of weird things though - I asked for and was granted an early check in, but then was told that it wouldn't be possible. The host asked me just a few hours before check-in how many cars we'd have and told me there was a limit and any cars over the limit would have to find somewhere else to park. The property has several security cameras outside that we didn't know about. On Saturday, the host sent two people to "check on the hot tub" which we felt was a thinly veiled attempt to check up on us and make sure we were following the rules (we were). Overall, I would definitely stay here again; those few things were strange but the house really was the perfect place for a large gathering.

This house was beautiful, clean and exactly what we needed for our family reunion. The owner, Boris, was always very communicative and helpful. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The only negative complaint I have is because of a neighbor who seems to be miserable and complained about music being played at 2pm on a Saturday. Other than that, we would definitely stay at any of Boris' other properties!
