The availability
The price was extremely too high for the quality of the room. The bed was terrible, it was like sleeping on a box spring. The room had a stand up fan that did not work. The room was extremely small, and the noise from the roadway and parking lot echoed through our room all night.

The person that checked me in was very nice. She was competent and very helpful. I stayed in room 107, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. Modern Ceramic tile floors throughout, comfortable bed, TV, Coffee maker and toiletries. For a motel built mid century, it was very nice. I booked on Booking.com at a very Reasonable price. When in Crescent City, I will stay here again.

Nothing
Room was not clean. Water was coming in from under the door from the rain and the gap under the door. Tin foil was found in the room. Paper work from 2020 was also found (it is March of 2023). Bloody snot dried on the walls and blood spot on blanket. My friends grandson found Marijuana in the room. This room has not been cleaned since God knows when and couldn't get a refund from this horrid mess. The pictures are all from the room and there's more of the room I couldn't upload on this website

I love crescent City and I love the wildlife I love the nature I like most of the people but the staff was not ready for me and I didn't get to check in I waited until about 3:00 something like that I waited I waited and I waited and I left and then I came back and left I got back and the woman who was supposed to work the computer didn't she was a no-show

Not much. Shower was good and sheets were clean.
Staff unwilling to change smoke alarm battery or provide additional set of towels for third adult guest in room. Staff unwilling to provide trash bags for trash cans in room or to dispose of trash. we did it ourselves by placing trash in dumpster.
Police came twice to property during our two night stay . Police interacting with people at the property.
Neighbors had unmuffled car which left before 6 am both mornings waking us up.

The room smelled bad. Sprayed perfume to cover the smell. No heat or air conditioning unit. Blanket very thin & so short. It was cold during the night so we had to wear extra layers of clothes in the bed. My dad wore his jacket & I wore a sweater since i didn't have a jacket or i would have also. There was no heating unit.

Nice friendly staff.
The room smelled bleach when we came in. It was so strong we had to have the door propped wide open and the window open. Overkill on the disinfectant! I had to sprinkle essential peppermint oil around the room to neutralize the bleach (Fabuloso I think) smell.

Tweekers all around, people yelling and threatening everyone, couldn’t even open the door to the room,they eventually got another room after around 30+ minutes.

first room smelled. disgusting inside and the tv didn’t work. so then they moved us to another room, it was disgusting and the heater didn’t work and it also smelled. I asked for my money back and we left. haven’t received my refund yet.
