The charm of the building. The staff was so sweet and accommodating

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the sheet protectors don’t stay on the bed

It was clean and comfortable.

It needed updating. Our screen on the window in our room was bent and didn't fit securely.

It's an easy lodge for not to much money. From this point, you get quiet fast in den Redwood Nationalpark.

Good location on 101 just outside the main town.

Clean with helpful staff, some would say the property to have character whilst others would see it as outdated.

Large room but no dining room table.

We really loved all the character! It's a peice of motoring Americana history! So fun! I suggest selling t-shirts, towels and items like the penholders at the front desk that rem8nd travelors to call home and let friends/family know they arrived safely.

We needed an iron and a board- and there wasn't one in the room. I am not sure if it is because its a fire risk? Also, there weren't any bibles in the rooms- a bible in the room would make it a more authentic experience.

I loved the history and the quirkiness.

you could use better mattresses. That is my only complaint.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the size was great.

Other guests are loud, disrespectful and the lighting outside is so bright it kept my room to light all night. Guest should be given a quiet hour because some people have to rise early for travel.

The room was stuffy, tried opening the window and slammed my thumb nail in the process. Still bruised. It’s been almost a month, looking at it reminds me of a place that I was glad I only stayed one night. The bathroom floor had a puddle that looked like urine. Had to keep my shoes on and not walk in my socks:/

Definitely overpriced, very basic room, small and dirty, weak and slow Internet.

Spacious room and clean property, inside and out. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful hosts. Close to the beach and restaurants. Will be back.
