A localização é sensacional, e o Sr. Norberto é um anfitrião muito amável. Ele nos contacta para perguntar se está tudo bem, se precisamos de algo, e ainda passa dicas de lugares para visitar. O apartamento é funcional e confortável, perfeito para casal. De lá dá pra ir a vários lugares a pé, as linhas A (azul), C (vermelha) e D (verde) do metrô (subte) são facilmente acessadas dali, vindo de Ezeiza o ônibus executivo Tienda León com destino ao Terminal Madeiro foi o que usamos para chegar, o terminal fica a 13 minutos de caminhada do edifício -eu e meu marido preferimos caminhar, mas é possível dali do Terminal Madero pegar o metrô linha C vermelha, na estação Correo Central, saltando na estação Florida ou Carlos Pelegrini (o prédio fica praticamente na metade do caminho entre essas duas estações). Já fiquei em outras acomodações nas Calles Esmeralda, Suipacha, Tucumán e no Ibis Congreso, e essa é a melhor localização, simplesmente imbatível. Já é o segundo ano que me hospedo lá, e se estiver disponível quando eu retornar à CABA é onde eu vou ficar com certeza.
Durante a semana que estive em CABA choveu e ventou bastante, e tem uns fios que ficam batendo na janela e fazem bastante barulho. Eu e meu esposo acordamos muitas vezes com o barulho sempre que ventava de madrugada. Entendemos que não é culpa do host, os fios pendem do alto do edifício (que tem mais de 20 andares). Tirando isso, tudo ótimo na acomodação.

Norberto was our host, he welcomed us at around 11.30pm after we arrived from the airport, and he had all organized with tips and helped us with any questions we needed at any time through Whatsapp.
The place is super well located in terms of accessibility to transportation, within 15-30mins walk you can get to Puerto Madero, San Telmo or Recoleta, we used local buses with the transit system card (SUBE) our host lend us to go to other locations in the city, it's about 30 cents/person a trip, much cheaper than the hop in hop off buses tour and subway is the same price.
The bedroom fitted our expectations, it has a small kitchen in case you want to cook and its well-kept and clean. Highly advise to follow the host guidance in how to exchange money locally, DO NOT use Western Union for money exchange, local employees will make any excuse to fail your transactions, we lost 3 hours of our first morning trying to avail of this service and later find out about the Western Union employees' approach to foreigners attempts of changing currency, thus, do use the host guidance on how to do that.

Host is extremely helpful and polite, ready to fulfill any request. Security is excellent. Location at the very center is also a big plus. Fresh towels and bed linen were provided generously
Cleanliness could be better, meaning - done more often.
Toilet flushing was always creating a loud, unpleasant noise.
Would recommend an oven rather than the microwave.
Storage space for luggage is scarce.
