Great location to explore the local area on foot. Once you have explored La Conner this is a great location to reach other areas while coming back to a comfortable place to stay. Lot's to explore and enjoy the outdoors. The flat was clean and nicely furnished. The washer and dryer came in handy as we stayed a week and were active. We would stay here again for sure.

First of all the clear directions were sent to find and access the property. The property itself was very clean, well equipped with a comfy bed and nice linens. In fact it was just as described and pictured. The location is excellent as it is a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Would not hesitate to rebook.

4th of July in La Connor WA
We had a lovely stay and could not be happier with the location, the property and the ease of check-in. As we had a child with us it would have made it easier for us if there was a baby gate on the stairs, but otherwise everything was perfect. Well done!!

Wonderful Apartment!
The unit is brand new and furnished very well! Pictures are very accurate. It is walking distance to all downtown La Connor which is great. Only small complaint would be that the towels shed terribly when using. Maybe they need a few washes to get all the fuzz off? But the place is fantastic! Bed was soo comfortable!

Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The bed was AMAZING. The shower and tub were both very nice and it was especially great to soak in the tub after exploring La Conner all day. The kitchen was one of the most well-equipped rentals we have stayed in, with ample utensils and pots/pans for preparing meals. Overall, we didn't want to leave! Will definitely be recommending the unit and the rental agency to friends and family looking for a relaxing getaway! Lovely spot with a short walk to town
The condo is well-laid out and well-equipped. We prepared several meals and even entertained without a hitch. The only glitch was the smoke detector which began beeping in the early morning hours, causing us to make an earlier departure than we had planned.

The apartment was really top notch. Beautifully appointed from the kitchen to the bedroom. (Fantastic pillows!). Our only issue was kind of a perfect storm- when we realized that we did not have the code to get in on Christmas Eve, there was NO response from Vacation Ventures to fix that rather large problem. We found other accommodations for one night and enjoyed the rest of the week!

A nice place to be if exploring LaConner
This property is new, clean and comfortable. It has just about everything in the kitchen you would need to make anything and the pots, pans and bakeware are high quality. Good water pressure, yet the hot water runs out fast. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Smart TV allows you to watch movies many ways, such as Amazon Prime. This place is walkable to the town and Marina. The stairs are steep and a puddle pools at the bottom if it is raining. The street noise can be loud at times, yet pretty quiet during sleeping times, and this is to be expected being right in town. I found the microwave dirty and one pan was in the cupboard dirty, however everything else was spotless.

It is on the same property as a really good restaurant and across the street from a coffee shop (there is a coffee maker and coffee, but nice to have). The condo has been beautifully remodeled with air conditioning and everything is brand new. It was a very spacious condo for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and well designed. The location was quite noisy for us being at the entrance to La Conner. Property management was fantastic and very helpful.

Comfortable, private, clean, large and beautifully decorated with all needed amenities. So close to shops and restaurants that you can leave your car parked and walk everywhere. We would definitely stay again. If stairs are an issue for you, you might have a problem. This condo is on a second floor and there are a lot of stairs. No elevator. Lovely place!
