Staff was attentive
Room service with nearby restaurant was very difficult, over half hour trying and then I walked to another restaurant for take out. Need a better system. That was the only thing that went wrong with our stay, however that restaurant’s performance was a reflection of your service. Your hotel is exemplary

Location is amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved sitting out on back patio with at fire table.
I wasn't too happy about the amount of packaging on breakfast items. No need to wrap each slice of bread in plastic film. Would have liked to see plain yogurt option.

The breakfast was a big let down. All cold items nothing warm unless you count toast. It was not in a class the hotel was advertised as! I was supposed to get a discount because we stayed on a Sunday night. That didn’t happen. Our view was of the parking lot. No water in site. Noise all night due to some equipment outside. It was bad. Very disappointed
The noise the view the breakfast. The broken toilet. In the past we stayed there and it was lovely. No help with reservation because we booked through a third party. Vet disappointed

The room has all the little details that turns a motel into an inn of more than good repute. Delightful view, great dinner advice form the front desk.
The morning breakfast is sadly still a "covid continental" with few hot options and individual wrapping on everything. Still, what they had was tasty and well presented.

Ever6was wonderful. Only problem I had the queen room was set up for person. Not 2. No extra towels (4) towels 2. or washcloths. Only gave me 1. Coffee, 1. Other than that...it was 👍 great!

I loved the location and the romantic decor of the hotel. Breakfast was an added bonus. The room was cozy and comfy, it had absolutely everything anyone could need, and had the best atmosphere. I hope to be spending many romantic weekends here. Thanks.

The facility is so nice and the staff is top notch. We always enjoy the amazing lobby, live piano and certain days and coffee/tea available all hours. The continental breakfast is nice as well. It's conveniently located to many places to eat and a short walk to docks and downtown.

sofa bed was ill equipped with linens and blankets and was extremely uncomfortable. The woman who checked us in was unfriendly and curt. in the advertisement the spa tub was listed and the impression given was that it was in the main room with fireplace, instead it was in the bathroom next to toilet.

beautiful building in a beautiful We loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub and the view and the balcony. it was quiet and so relaxing. The continental breakfast was very good with boiled eggs and good yogurt as well as rolls and toast.
The location was so nice for walking to shops and museums and great selection of restaurants.
