Gorgeous One Bedroom 2nd floor Gulf View of Sunset Beach
Restez dans mon condo de luxe d'une chambre avec une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis la fenêtre de votre salon ou votre balcon. Cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur neuf inoxydable, four pleine taille et micro-ondes. Le canapé en fait un lit queen size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire. Dans le salon est une smart TV 55 "à écran plat avec câble. accès Wifi est gratuit. La chambre a un lit confortable queen size et la chambre a une vue sur la voie navigable intercostale. À quelques pas de la plage et l'accès à une piscine sur la plage. Chaises de plage, parasol, serviettes de plage et glacière disponibles dans l'unité. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent séjour à la plage. Salle de lavage est disponible sur site. Sèche-cheveux et planche à repasser dans l'unité.

We had such a great time. The beach is merely a 3 minute walk, and I mean from the door all the way to the ocean too. There’s plenty of extra towels, beach chairs, coolers and what not to use during your stay. Full kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, salt/pepper in the cabinets to use, etc. I’d definitely recommend this place and I’ll be visiting again too.

Will definitely stay here again! Condo was spotless, bed comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels. Everything smelled so fresh! Kitchen nice and updated and well equipped. Absolutely zero problems. Beach right across the street. Front window has a view of the gulf. Perfect for a couple.

Have rented this in the past either for my daughter and family or for my wife and I. Great location, great beach and pool access. Unit has always been clean and prepared for our visits. Thanks again for allowing us to stay again!!

Good location, the cozy upper main bed. I would recommend a couple of lamps with integrated chargers for phones, and for people who have sleep apnea machines. Suggestion change the bathroom curtains every 2 months. Check the mat of the sofa bed. FOR EVERYTHING ELSE GREAT. I LIKED THE PLACE A LOT AND WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Lived in TI for many years and moved away. Still love Sunset Beach and this place is the perfect location for family or a couple get away.. you can walk to Caddy’s or the Tiki Hut. Across the street from the beach. Quiet central location. We have rented it again for a weekend fishing trip out of Hubbards Marina, plus another day…. ;) you will not be disappointed.

We enjoy Harbor House! The property was as listed, the owner was very helpful with our check in/out. The only reason for 4/5 stars for cleanliness was the tub was a little weird and the curtain liner needed changed. Otherwise, this is an excellent rental and we would consider renting again for a quick get away!

Awesome vacation!
We stayed the week of the fourth and had an awesome time. Everything you need for the beach is in the room for your use! I also can not say how impressed with the owner as I left a pair of my shoes there and she graciously sent them to me! Thanks again for a grat. stay and experience we will be back!!

Perfect Location
My teenage children and I loved our stay here. Perfect location to the beach and local restaurants. The condo was clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. A wonderful Mother’s Day vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot for a Little Break Away!
My husband and I chose unit 52 for a few days getaway and I am so glad we did. It was comfortable, clean, location was fabulous and Alison (the owner) was great with the couple of questions we had. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing beach vacation!

Great quiet vacation spot
The condo is located right across from Sunset Beach on a quiet street- no loud bars or restaurants next door. It has everything you need for the perfect vacation!

Wonderful location
The location of this apartment can't be beaten. Right across the road from the beach, we could hear the waves at night. Apartment is well equipped with beach supplies. The only down side was the laundry room in the building that takes only quarters with no change machine. Not something owners have control over but it was a bit of a hassle. Other than that the place is perfect!

Perfect Spot!
This place was perfect! It was in the perfect spot! Quiet area. Right across from the beach. End unit, right next to the grill and foot shower. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make multiple dinners for multiple people. Loved this place!

Location, location, location!
For our stay this condo was in the perfect spot! We were right across the street from the beach and just a few minute walk to nearby restaurants as well as only a few minute walk to the wedding we came down to attend. The condo was everything we expected and would definitely recommend staying here! Some of the restaurant suggestions the owners left need to be updated as one is closed but otherwise the binder of info was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy cute condo
Super easy check in for the condo. My boyfriend and I stayed for a few nights. Perfect location if you plan on spending most of your trip at the beach. A few local restaurants and a near by 711. Not any touristy shops or anything in walking distance though. Stocked with everything you need from all kitchen supplies to extra pillow and blankets. Pool is located across the street. Overall, had a really good stay.

Adorable condo in perfect area!
First time saying in Sunset Beach area and we were not disappointed. The adorable one bedroom condo was perfect for my friends and I. We loved how it was decorated and layout. The unit was very clean had the perfect size for what we needed. The selling factor was how close it was to beach access and we were so happy it was a very short walk across the street to the sandy beach! Highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay very close to the beach without spending the high $$ of being on the beach!

Harbour House South Unit 52 March 31 to April 14,2019
We had an enjoyable stay at this unit. The owners were quick to fix any problems or concerns. Unit is right across from beach. We would stay here again. The bed was too soft for our liking.Condo had everything we needed. It had a slow cooker which was a nice addition to have. Alfred

Amazing!
Our stay here was nothing short of perfect! Literally just walk across the street to the beach. And beach chairs, boogie board, and coolers are available for you to use! That was super convenient for us. The only thing I would say is make sure you check the coffee, sugar, etc. it was expired when we got there so we bought more & left it there. But other than that this place was WONDERFUL! I’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect location lovely decor
This condo was perfect for my girls trip with my best friend. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, just like the pictures. Loved being able to see the ocean from the front window and a quick and easy walk to get there. Lots of great food nearby - loved Taco Bus! The owners have done a great job with this condo. One recommendation is another towel rack for those who reuse. And if they could control the weather... ;) Again, loved it and would return.

Good place to stay for the money!
We enjoyed our stay! Alison is so quick to respond to any questions! There are two beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella, that was an awesome convenience for us! Its just steps from a great beach! The updated kitchen and bathroom were also nice! AC worked perfectly. The only drawbacks or things we would change are: the couch/chair had some stains (fabric upholstery), only one set of sheets provided per bed, shower curtain was stained, and we had to clean sand up off the floor (but its FL on the beach). An overall good experience, with just a few minor changes it would be absolutely perfect! We do understand these things just come with average wear and tear. Again, we would recommend as its a great value.

We love Sunset Beach
The rental was decorated gorgous.Everything you could possibly need is there. The one thing we didn't care for was climbing them stairs. My 80 yr old mom had a terrible time with the stairs. The owners got back to us quickly on any questions we had. We had a great time

This condo is the perfect location!
Located right across the street from the beach but you still have a great view of the ocean.It’s an awesome view for your morning coffee. My kids loved the pool which was also across the street. Very quiet and low key which was EXACTLY what we were looking for! The owners of this condo are so awesome. They were so helpful and when we had questions or concerns, responded almost immediately! The perfect family vacation!

Loved this one bedroom/one bath condo. We were across the street from the beach and we had a view . One minute walk. They had beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Kitchen had everything and more. Felt like home. Just wish they had a TV guide for cable. It was a hunt to figure it out. Liked the keyless entry, AC was good. Condo was updated, clean and neat. Sofa comfortable to sit on. No bugs, good parking. Only a few complaints. NO kleenex, bed was too soft, need a firmer mattress, and bedroom didn't have room darkening shades. Area was quiet and there were 2 walk to bar/restaurants and a 7 eleven. We are walkers so we even walked to the Sea Dog and Sea hag for dinners. Quiet and safe area. friendly people. We will be back!
