Charmante et confortable maison d'hôtes indépendante dans un quartier calme et pratique. Nouvelle construction. Avec ses plafonds voûtés, ses fenêtres orientées au sud et son air frais et lumineux, cet endroit est un endroit confortable, agréable et sûr pour passer du temps. Plan d'étage ouvert en studio. Il y a une cuisine bien équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle et une salle de bain complète. Stationnement hors rue. Près de UW et à pied de nombreux restaurants dans la région et une promenade facile aux stades UW. TV à écran plat de 65 pouces. Draps de qualité.

A lovely unit in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with many food, coffee even shopping options that are an easy walk. We were in Seattle for an event at UW, this was super convenient. The unit was clean, private, well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and the host provided clear directions for access. We would definitely stay again.

I was in Seattle to help my daughter move to Portland. This place was perfect. Great location near University Village and Seattle Children’s Hospital. My daughter graduated from the first year Pharmacy Residency Program there so it was important to be close to the hospital as she ended this chapter of her life.

Andrew has prepared an immaculate, well proportioned and tastefully decorated space. The quiet neighborhood setting added a peaceful park like setting with all the beautiful plants, flowers and trees growing throughout. My husband and I were able to prepare simple meals with the appliances provided and we loved all the recommendations for local eateries and coffee shops. The bathroom was like a spa visit with a spacious shower and an amazing shower head as well as lovely aromatic soaps, shampoo/conditioners and air fresheners. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets high end.
Andrew is also an attentive host and went above and beyond to make our stay in Seattle enjoyable. He even recommended a scenic drive to add to a wonderful day trip to Bellingham as well as several recommendations for day hikes. We will definitely be returning here on our yearly trips to visit our son. Thank you so much Andrew for a wonderful stay!

The rental is beautiful with new internal decor. Everything was exactly as mentioned online. We had a wonderful time and the host was very, very responsive and gracious. He would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for six days because it was very close to our Son and daughter-in-laws place. It turned out to be such a great place to stay. Super clean and well maintained with a nice bathroom, kitchen and very comfortable bed. Only downside was minimal kitchen items, choices, ie. herbs or spices for cooking. No oils, etc. we ate out each day and had our breakfast in room. All in all we will definitely be back when we visit our son. Great find!

Excellent vrbo, would definitely stay here again. Clean and really nice. Andrew was great. Only minor downside was it was a little bit hard to find and parking was tight for my full sized Bronco. Those in now way detracted from my stay.

Visiting with my sister who lives in a studio apartment in the Montlake neighborhood (with no room for me) this cottage was perfect! It looks just like the pictures, is wonderfully clean and modern, with one parking space making life easy. It was a lovely spot to start and end each day. I was in an upscale hotel in the days prior to my stay at this property and truthfully felt Bryant Cottage was superior!

This apartment is built over the homeowner’s garage. It was a well-done project. The finish work is attractive. The bathroom shower is large and comfortable. Once you find the location, coming and going is easy. This neighborhood was very convenient for us. It was 15-20 minutes to all the places we wanted to go while in Seattle. Thank you Andrew!

Pretty awesome place from location (which is walkable to pretty much anything you need, even with ice covered streets) to full size fridge and good size bathroom. All eating utensils/plates available if you want to arrange a picnic from the goodies at nearby Metropolitan Market. During the ice storm, we walked to a neighborhood restaurant with great vibes and really excellent pizzas and happy hour drinks. Andrew was very nice and highly responsive to any questions. I'm grateful for the memories here and will definitely stay again!

It's a great space, clean, nicely appointed, well stocked kitchen, easy to work with owner. This room is above the garage. There was a little noise in the garage, but not really a problem, never at night. Lots of light! Easy access to transit and shops!

This one room space plus bath is great for a couple of people. It offers easy access to the property and to restaurants in the area. We find it perfect when we are visiting family in the Ravenna neighborhood. The hosts are on the same property and easy to communicate with. Parking is tight but doable with care. Overall, a great spot for a visit to Seattle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO visit in the Seattle neighborhood of Ravenna. The carriage house type studio was nicely appointed with a partial kitchen, attractive furnishings, comfortable bed, modern bathroom & shower, and windows galore. Very private and accessible to downtown via bus or light rail. We got to explore the city as well as enjoy nature and Mt Rainer National Park. Very welcoming owners! Excellent stay!
